Except the owner let a solicitor in to go chair to chair to sell cheap holographic artwork to support a mission group. I was not interested. Even after I said I am arthritic and to take it easy. Tech was digging at my nails and caused quite a bit of pain that lasted days on my finger tips. But the fool I am I went back. Third time has to be the charm right?! Made an appointment this time. It's my birthday I am treating myself. My daughter in law is with me. Her pedi was good. I opted for mani pedi again. Mani was ok. The tech was attentive. She was kind. My pedi. Well it has left me pissed off. The tech sawed at my heels with that stone. I am now suffering with abrasions and scratches. Did I mention I have arthritis? The tech was trying to lift my legs to heights that are not possible. Add arthritis to the mix. And now I have back pain. Heel pain from the scratches she caused. I told the tech I have arthritis I cannot lift my legs the way she needs. Nor should I. And after 30 years of pedis. Never had this issue. She was annoyed with me because I couldn't move my feet where she needed. Remember. I am getting a mani. There is a pillow on my lap. I can't see my feet. I have never had tech be so frustrated and rude. Insult to injury! I paid for a 10 minute massage. Never got it. The mani tech did my massage that is included in the price of the manicure. The tech doing my pedi did not. I should have spoken up when checking out. But I was so annoyed. My back hurting. My heels hurting. I just wanted to go home. Never again. And warning to others watch the attitudes there. Also watch because the tech doing my pedi was shit talking me! I have a translator on my phone. As we all do. Never ever again! We waxed your chin so bad you left in pain, we're bleeding which we saw, and then we added Vaseline to try and help with healing, let's refund you. But yall are terrible. I bled and my chin was waxed in such a rush barely waiting 3 seconds between another application and rip off that it burned for 2 days. I asked if they had appointments and instead of saying they have one in 30 minutes they said I can come in now and get it done now. 2 people left because their services were half done and paused, and they rushed me leaving hair and then blaming needing to rush on why my chin was now raw. I want a full refund for this service and will contact the business. I now have scars on my chin and bumps. Terrible experience. They said they were rushing to help me- I never asked or pressured to be rushed. Helping me isn't ripping the skin off my chin and refusing to take accountability
