My sister-in-law scheduled an appointment. When I called to go with her, it was not a problem. Another family member decided to come with us last minute and Belle Vous was able to accommodate us because they had a decent amount of staff available. Awesome! I have been a customer for a while now, always treated in a friendly manner and assisted where needed. I just went there on Monday and Jackie did my pedicure for me. I ask for the pick not to be used on my big toe that day due to having some issues with this toe. Jackie did not listen well and did use the pick, she also cut my cuticle on my second to last toe and it bled. I was a walk in on a Monday. Very slow day so was able to get serviced right away. They offered me something to drink and asked me what I was there for. I wanted an acrylic pink and white French set in an almond shape. I showed her the inspo pic and she said yes she could do it. Once she began I could tell that the nail artist was a beginner. She had challenges with the almond shape - one side was more narrow than the other- which she did correct after I politely asked her to. Then she struggled with the simple design I requested. She couldn't understand how to do another arch under the French arch (see pic). She would do one nail at a time and then ask me to put my hand in the led machine for one minute. After the fourth nail I asked her to complete the entire hand and then I would put it under the curing light. I did get a basic pedicure which went well and as expected. Nothing to complain about there. After I was done I got the check and it was $120! They added unnecessary upgrades. Putting gel polish on a pink and white acrylic set is NOT NEEDED. It's greed. Which is why I wont be back. read more

First time here and it was a pleasant experience. Place is very clean and spacious. Sam did my pedicure and she's been my goto for pedicures for the last 5 years so I follow her everywhere she goes. Needless to say, she is the best, and she cares. She is very good with ingrowns and keeps up with the routine maintenance to keep them from coming back. Don't get gel-x here, they're way too expensive for the level of quality at this salon. Mine started lifting within days and when I came back for him to fix a few of the nails he was trying to tell them that they're just grown out lol. When I get gel-x at my usual salon I keep them for a solid month before I get them removed because of growth, never because they're lifting. Within a week for $100+ nails is unacceptable. Within days the new nails were lifting again along with the original ones too, so aggravating not even being able to run your fingers through your hair because strands get caught under them. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm not one to post negative reviews EVER. But people deserve to know the absolute disgrace this establishment is. First, I called ahead and made sure they had butterflies for nail art. When I get there, they tell me they do not. Then magically, the butterflies appear when I pointed to the nail tech's nails and said "so you don't have what you have on your nails?"... I showed Chloe a picture of exactly what I wanted, let her know I wanted ACRYLIC nails with GEL polish and we agreed to move forward. Not only did it take her almost almost an hour to do my accent nails (butterfly nails pictured), she then starts doing the "dip" technique on the other fingers. I stopped her after the first dip and said no I want acrylic and gel. She then proceeds to tell me no and that she is "better at dip". I furthermore explained to her that I have psoriasis (it's itchy okay?! Lol) and dip doesn't hold up for me. She continues to dip my nails not listening to a word I'm saying. Then says she will do an extra layer so "they will be stronger." The top coat bubbled (pictured)??? They just look TERRIBLE and embarrassing! At the end of my service, I said I wasn't going to pay for these nails because A. It's not what I asked for and B. They were terrible quality. I had already been there for over two hours. Ken (I'm assuming acting manager?) then calls the manager, Christina, and they gave me three options: sit for FORTY FIVE MORE MINUTES for her to take off all my nails, pay for the service, or they would call the cops on me if I left without paying. Now I'm not a monster, and don't want cops involved, so even though I tried to get out of it, I paid and left. They had the audacity to charge me $95!!!!!!! These are hands down the worst nail set I have ever received and I've been getting acrylics since I was in sixth grade. It's day 10 and 3 have already popped off??? Wtf!!! Not to mention, my pedicure done by Ken was subpar (terrible massager), when I let him know I had an ingrown toenail, he wiggled around it a little bit but did not get it completely and now my entire nail is INFECTED!!!! My friend and I went here Thursday to get our nails done and Tim did an amazing job on MY nails and everyone was so nice which is why we didn't have the heart to tell the people that did my friends nails they did a horrible job. She wanted a matching mani pedi and the colors are WAYYYYY off her manicure is not up to par and we are pretty sure they double charged her for something she paid $140 not including tip her manicure was $50 she asked for a basic pedicure but they took it upon themselves to do something extra which is fine but the pedicure he did was only $65 so unless my math is wrong something is not adding up long story short make sure you are checking your receipt before you leave and make sure they do EXACTLY as you ask!!!! read more

At the beginning, she came with her husband to this nail salon. She was very happy and TOLD THE LADY WHO DID FOR HER NAIL SHE DID A GOOD JOB AND SHE LOVED IT until the nail technician finished the top coat for her and asked her FOR PAYING. She suddenly turned crazy then she yelled in the nail salon. She said she DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR HER NAIL BECAUSE IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE . Then, the guy who is Ken come and ask what happened with her nails. She said she did not like the way she got her nails done, but I saw she was very happy until she almost finished her nail and paid for her service. Ken asked her he could take off her nail ONLY 5 MINUTES then she did not have to pay for that INSTEAD OF 45 MINS LIKE SHE SAID. Then she said she did not have time for taking off just let she paid for her pedicure. Ken also told her IF SHE DID NOT WANT TO PAY HE WOULD CALL POLICE. Then SHE PAID FOR WHAT SHE GOT. I remembered at that time she picked 2 luxury pedicure and her nail was only $70 NOT $90 like she said. Moreover, when they told her they would called police if she did not pay for her services. Lauren got mad, she YELLED SHE WILL DESTROYED THIS BUSINESS and SHE THREATEN THE LADY DID HER NAIL BY A LOT OF RUDE WORDS. I swear that is true cause I saw 2 more customers in the nail salon at that time told her LEAVE THE NAIL TECHNICIAN ALONE. IF SHE WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT HER SERVICE SHE SHOULD CALL THE OWNER. - One more thing, Ken did my pedicure before, he did a good job and never rude with customer. I actually used to like this place but I'm assuming they've had a mass turnover of staff. I went in early May 2019 and recognized next to no one. There was a help wanted sign in the window and they were training people using my nails. Came away with a bad manicure and pedicure at full cost. I was there forever so I wasn't interested in working with them to try and make things better. There are just too many nail salons out there for me to give these guys time to work things out. read more

My nails look horrendous; uneven lengths and they go every which way, uneven amount of the nexgen powder on EVERY nail, and when I asked for a French tip, I ended up with a "nexgen ombré" which I paid extra for, according to my receipt. Speaking of pricing, over-priced is an under statement. For something that I am clearly unhappy with, I sure paid top dollar for it. A whopping $60 for nexgen nails. Unbelievable!! I have been getting my nails done for years and just built a house in the Tribute. I needed a nail salon close, with great service and techs who cared/knew what they were doing. I get a nexr gen fill, and a pedicure- Nothing Special! I always make an appointment and tip generously, I prefer to stay with the same techs when I find a good combo and will remain loyal for years! This location is awful! There is ZERO sense of urgency, no accountability and the techs vary from bad to really bad! This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside it's really nice and clean. I came in right after they opened on a Wednesday morning and it was peaceful and quiet, but based on the large number of chairs inside I imagine on a weekend it's probably pretty crazy. I didn't have to wait for a mani at all once I picked my color. My tech was Vicky and she was very sweet and did a nice job, and didn't chat much with the other techs. She even checked with me after cutting my first nail to make sure the length/shape were right. It is pretty pricey; I thought I had seen an option for a $15 mani on the website, but mine was $20 (plus tip). I did get a nice hand massage, which I guess is where the extra $5 charge comes from. I'd definitely come back here because it was a nice experience, but there are other decent places in Frisco with cheaper manis. read more

Beautiful and relaxing. The music was pleasant. The salon was very clean a beautiful, it was as if I was on vacation. The service was quick and friendly. They of course tried to upswell services and offer more than you request but so do most places. They offer you a beverage while you are there: wine, water, or soda. They only negative for me is the techs I had did not speak a lot of English, although that forces you to relax more as your not doing a lot of talking. Over all a wonderful find!!! read more

I will never get my nails done here. The guy who did my nails was SLOW and messy. He didn't listen to me when I said I want THIN and SQUARE nails. I got thick blobs on my fingers. The shape is awful. The colors for nexgen don't match the display colors. I had to change my color two times because they don't match the display color that I wanted. They asked me if I liked my nails and I said no. They made no effort to help the problem technician. I've been to numerous of nail salons, it doesn't take more than 45 min to get nexgen nails. I was there for an hour and a half. I walked in for a shellac manicure and was greeted by who I assume is the owner, Christina T. She immediately gave me the many selection of gel colors and sat me down. I quickly chose my color in less than 5 mins and continued to wait another 10 mins to be seen by a nail tech. A couple and 2 ladies came in after me and got service before I did. This seems like a trend from reading the other reviews. Finally, Christina told Kevin to take care of me. I liked Kevin, he was quiet but friendly. He did a great job cleaning my cuticles and trimmed my nails in the round/square I like. Unfortunately, Kevin did not finish my manicure. He stopped in the middle b/c his appointment came in and Christina T took over. She did a horrid job on my nails. You'd think owning a nail salon you'd know how to do nails. She was an AMATEUR at best. She painted on my skin on every nail and had to clean around the edges with her long fake nails. She even messed up on the side of my right pinky nail to the point where it looked like a pointed blob. She then decided to just trim the top with the cuticle scissors to flatten it out after it set under the lights. Near the end, she stopped in the middle of my hand massage to answer a personal call in Vietnamese as she finished my hand massage. VERY disappointed in the service I received and extra disappointed I actually tipped for the poor manicure... and it went to Christina T. I should have hand delivered cash to Kevin.
