A.M. Maus Kimball MN dealership review. I want to express how nice of an experience we had when test driving and eventually purchase of a Jeep product from AM Maus in Kimball. We left the ST Cloud market place after test driving some Jeep products to drive out to Kimball to see what they had to offer. We did phone ahead to check inventory and discuss the possibility of a trade in. Steve was very helpful and inviting. We arrived at the dealership late into their day. We were greeted by the owner and due to a previous appointment he had to have Rob help us discover all that Jeep has to offer. Rob a fellow Jeep owner went over the features and model differences. Off we went on our test drive. Upon returning, much was discussed and before we left the dealership we were presented with our purchase options. No waiting for someone to review things, no we will get back to you tomorrow etc. We were able to put a deal together. Lee went over the details of the purchase, gave us some options for warranty extensions and additional things we may want to consider to add to protect the Jeep. Before we left the dealership the day we bought it, Jarod helped us get the necessary Apps on our phones etc. so we were prepared to take delivery after some additional services were done. Delivery was right on time. The dealership staff did what they said they were going to do without disappointment. Steve and Jarod were ready for us when we arrived. Jarod was available when we took delivery of the Jeep. He went over the Jeep from bumper to bumper with us. He did a good job covering all the safety features and electronics. I will say that for us, the family owned, small town dealership appreciates its customers and its shows. If you in the market for a new Jeep I would give Rob or Steve a chance to earn your business. read more

I just picked up our new Jeep Gladiator yesterday. I've been doing business with Chrysler/Jeep for the past 40 years 5 different dealerships and have never had a better experience than this transaction. I only talked to one person to find out what they wanted for the new vehicle, he also examined my trade-in and offered the trade-in allowance. He then wrote the offer including extra equipment and had it available for pick-up a few days later. My only other interaction with the dealership was with the finance person who was very professional and didn't push anything that I wasn't interested in. What a concept! One last thing. This was the first time I've ever been to this dealership and I was able to make a decision in about 30 minutes - including a test drive. The AM Maus dealership did an outstanding job. Their approach with me wasn't high pressure, it was more focused on helping me find a vehicle that met my needs. Rob was my sales person and he did a great job of answering all my questions as well addressing a lot things that I had not thought about. They had a variety of options for acquiring the vehicle and they took the time to go through each with me. I had went to 3 other larger Jeep dealerships and none of them gave me the comfort and confidence that Maus did. I was also given the best trade value for my vehicle from Maus without having to play the game. Maus has a small dealership feel with the ability to deliver big results. Maus and Son did a great job of giving me any time we called about different Ram trucks and styles as it was explained to us in detail what cost and he always asked exactly what we were looking for. Rob Kuechle is always great to work with. My experiences have always been hassle free. There is nothing worse IMO than dealing with a typical, pushy salesperson. I have never found that to be the case at A.M. Maus. I first dealt with them when getting my wife a new vehicle. Based on the experience, I converted from Ford to Dodge. read more
