We brought in an aftermarket key fob to have programmed. After the attempt we were told that it…read more"didn't work unfortunately", but that we still had to pay the $100+ fee, even though the key does not work. They said that this is typical, that people bring in multiple aftermarket keys in hopes that one will work. This was not explained beforehand. They told us to buy more aftermarket keys and bring them in, and they would not charge us to make more attempts, in hopes that one of these key fobs would work. We are just flabbergasted that this is an actual way that a real business is conducted, just unbelievable. And the fact that they did not immediately offer us a refund, or even a partial refund, once they realized that none of this was explained to us beforehand. Just unreal, hopefully somebody reads this and doesn't have the same experience.

Called them while I was limping it down the road just to get told to leave a message. Didn't get back to me for 6 days. By that time I had it in a certified shop by my house. Wasted told send the receipts in and they'd help me out. Well 5 weeks later and multiple messages later the GM finally answered and offered me 250 bucks. It cost me 4700.00 and I'm still dumping parts in it every other month. Complete slap in the face I'll never be back. On a positive note my salesman todd and finance lady Sue were easy to work with.
