They were able to squeeze me in, showed up and was able to detail my car in my primo parking on the street in front of my conplex so I didn't lose my parking spot. They made my car sparkle and didn't try to take my money for the extra exterior wash when it was going to rain on Saturday. Really such a good value to have these 2 magicians show up at your home, bring all their own equipment including water so if you don't have access to a hose, THATS OK, THEY GOT YOU! And detail your car while on work meetings, you can't ask for more. Scheduled through Yelp Communicated via text until arrival I cleared everything out of the car so they could detail properly Did my work meetings, and in an hour they were giving me a tour of what they did! disappointed doesn't even come close. the attention to detail was lacking in the detail and paint…read morecorrection. there was a huge scrape under the bumper when the car was returned to me. there was residue in between the panels from the buffing. he didn't remove the license plates to buff out and apply ceramic coating to the whole car in those areas. he left some fuzz behind from the cloths. these things are fine for a car wash, but not for an $1100 detail. this guy drove my car 100+mph for pickup and drop off which i could see from the tesla app. he was clearly driving recklessly which felt unprofessional and made me feel really upset for trusting this person with my car in the first place. when i got back in my car to drive, i noticed a banging sound underneath the car. upon further inspection, there was a piece that had been totally messed up from going over a speed bump of something similar. this guy denied everything and tried gaslighting me making bizarre claims about how i treat my car and that it was my fault for the new damage. the entire thing was really outrageous and upsetting. sadly i don't have photographic evidence of the moment of impact (how would i) and he is being very rude about the entire situation. i truly do not know how he has a good rating on yelp :(

I thought the price for the detail was very reasonable, especially since my car really needed it. A few minor things were missed, though. There was some resin spilled in one of the compartments that was still a little tacky afterward, a few sap spots remained on the exterior, and there were still some marks left in one of the cupholders. That said, the overall difference was huge, and my car looks so much better than it did before. The detail took about two hours, which I thought was pretty efficient. Overall, I was happy with the service and would hire them again.

From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Ian, the owner, has over 20 years of detailing experience, and that expertise was evident in every step of the process. The work included a full wash, clay bar treatment, decontamination, a meticulous two-step paint correction, and the installation of a ceramic coating. His attention to detail and commitment to perfection were second to none. Ian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and delivered exactly what he promised. On top of that, his pricing was very fair for the level of craftsmanship and care he provides. The results are simply breathtaking. The paint now has an incredible depth and gloss, and when the Shelby sits in the sunshine, it absolutely comes alive. I honestly don't think this car has ever looked this good. The finish is mirror-like, the color has tremendous richness, and the ceramic coating gives me confidence that it will stay protected for years to come.
