Ian, the owner, has over 20 years of detailing experience, and that expertise was evident in every step of the process. The work included a full wash, clay bar treatment, decontamination, a meticulous two-step paint correction, and the installation of a ceramic coating. His attention to detail and commitment to perfection were second to none. Ian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and delivered exactly what he promised. On top of that, his pricing was very fair for the level of craftsmanship and care he provides. The results are simply breathtaking. The paint now has an incredible depth and gloss, and when the Shelby sits in the sunshine, it absolutely comes alive. I honestly don't think this car has ever looked this good. The finish is mirror-like, the color has tremendous richness, and the ceramic coating gives me confidence that it will stay protected for years to come. Guarantee you won't be disappointed with the results that Ian and Carlos provide. My Jag SUV looks brand new - and it's a 2020! Ian makes it so easy - they will come to your home if you have shade and a hose, or you can go to their place. I went to theirs because I live in a condo with an underground garage. Their place is near the Ventura Blvd/Cahuenga entrance to Universal Studios (not the address on Mary Ellen that's currently on this Yelp page). I dropped my car off at 12:30pm, Carlos gave me a lift home, and Ian texted that they were done about 5:15pm. I love that they take their time; they are so thorough and will take extra time on places you want, like I said my interior door leather needed some TLC. It now looks amazing. You honestly will love the service and results. Ian also provides different treatments, like if you have a lot of dog hair or a funky smell you want gone. There are levels of the detail services, and I got the most expensive (it's been a while) and it was less than almost every other place I looked at. My headlights which could barely be seen at first now look like I purchased a new set. My wife's Mazda CX-5 hadn't been washed, waxed, or cleaned in about 4 years. This included two 3 day roadtrips, camping, and just general LA driving. Ian and Carlos were great. They came to us, found a shady spot, and went right to work. They were kind, courteous, and efficient. They put in the extra effort, working for almost 6 hours on the car. When they were finished, it looked like the car had just rolled off the line; everything looked brand new. Auto Detailing Services is amazing! My Sunday morning was recently ruined when I went down to my car and saw some evil soul had carelessly scraped across the entire side of my hood and trunk on my 7 month car. I was devastated and incredibly stressed because hey, it's LA, you know I'm leasing this thing. Thank goodness for Ian, even on a Sunday, he got on the phone with me and checked out the photos of damage and set an appointment for me quickly. I was hopeful but not particularly optimistic...and well, I think the photos speak for themselves! Andre did a fantastic job and near rendered me speechless when my car was delivered back to me! They performed absolute miracles, most of the scratches are gone or barely visible and my car actually looks more glossy and fabulous than the day I got it. I can't emphasize how happy I am! Every time I walk up to my car, I'm smiling and feeling proud of my ride again. I am not often blown away by a service but Ian and his team were wonderful to deal with. My pitbull and I basically go everywhere together and my model 3 tesla is like a big crate where she feels comfortable and safe. We often eat fast food (she loves chic fil a) and all kinds of snacks in the car and of course there is dog hair, drool, and dirt in every crevice and surface. Driving to Burning Man put my car through the ringer - both the outside and inside were caked in alkaline dust and plenty of bugs from the 9+ hr drive to the desert. Adding to that, life got in the way so I had let it sit on my car (see: bake into the paint) for a few weeks before I decided to call in the professionals. The crew at Auto Detailing were super responsive and able to squeeze me in last minute, even when plans changed from "a quick car wash to get off the dust" to "ok yeah probably a whole detailing because my car is straight up disgusting" they were super accommodating. We bought a new 2021 Toyota and I wanted its first wax to be done right. So I researched and found Ian and his team. Reached out to Ian and he got back to me pronto. We set an appointment but I had to be across L.A. before they would be finished. By the time I got back home, they were done and gone. The car looks AWESOME!! Its sort of a "sparkly black" and I could probably shave my own reflection. Car literally looks wet. The photos don't really do it justice but I posted them anyway. Is Ian the least expensive? Nope. However, his prices are definitely fair and after I saw how the car looked today, I got my moneys worth and then some. I will have them come back at least twice a month to maintain it. I went with the highest package they have for its first wash and wax. It is clear to me that I made a good choice. Absolutely the best I have ever seen in this area. Thanks Ian!! Wow oh wow am I glad I found this place through Yelp! My previous job made it impossible to get glitter out of my car no matter how many times I attempted to clean it. I just transitioned out of there so I thought I'd give the glitter clean up another go. These guys not only cleaned out the glitter entirely, my car is cleaner than it was when I bought it from the dealership! I texted Monday and got an appointment first thing Friday morning. They asked what type of car, the year and condition. My car is in good condition outside of a scrape and dent on the back left of my car from 2 hit and runs in my parking garage. They even managed to buff out the scrape so it's not a tacky white line across the dent! AH! I noticed as I got home they vacuumed a striped design into my trunk carpet, HA! Love it!
