I genuinely wanted to support a small business and gave this multiple chances, but this ended up being one of the most frustrating service experiences I've had. After the initial detail, the owner told me to reach out if any areas needed touch-ups. I went through the car and found a significant number of spots that were missed -- I've honestly seen similar or better results at basic car washes for far less. I reached out politely and asked him to come back and address the missed areas, as he had suggested. We scheduled a follow-up appointment. He did not show up and did not communicate. After that, he asked for another chance, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. We confirmed a second follow-up appointment. Again, he did not show up and did not communicate. It wasn't until several hours after the scheduled appointment time that he finally responded and mentioned weather as a factor. There had been no prior communication about this, no cancellation, and no attempt to reschedule at or before the appointment time. Based on the actual conditions and forecasts that day, weather did not appear to be a realistic reason for the no-show. What made this worse was his response afterward -- minimizing the situation, reframing it as "two-way communication," and shifting responsibility to me for not following up on his missed appointment. This isn't about weather or misunderstandings. It's about reliability and accountability. Missing two confirmed appointments without communication and only offering explanations hours later is not professional. I'm sure the owner will respond to this review -- and I encourage readers to pay attention to whether the response actually addresses the missed appointments themselves, or simply deflects responsibility like it did here. read more

We didn't end up using him so this review is not for his actual quality of work. We called to book an appointment. Told him what our car was, that we really needed the front cleaned. He said not a problem, quoted us at $150. Said it's possible it'll go a tiny bit over, maybe. $25-50 but no more. He was really nice on the phone. My husband took everything out of the car. Did do a light cleaning anyway (he keeps his car pretty clean as it is)...when the man came to us he changed the quote to $400. Yes the car needed cleaning but not $400 worth of cleaning. We asked why it changed so drastically and he said he was going to make a video of it and "even out the leather"...not sure what that means but very disappointing. It's a newer car that isn't that dirty. We had one problem in the front seat which is why we called him in the first place but it was mostly to help sanitize. Didn't use him. Don't like having him triple the price and wasting our time read more

From the moment he arrived, he pulled out his supplies, prepped his work station with care, and then talked to me about what the detail entailed. Gary took his time, and even after paying him he was still searching for imperfections and wiping areas down until the moment I drove away. I contacted Dedicated Detailing (among others) to detail my car which was a lease ready to be returned. We hadn't washed it in forever and it had a few nasty scuffs. I got an appointment the next day and Garry and his assistant showed up and worked diligently for over 2 hours getting this poor thing gleaming inside and out. After having my car for 4 years it has never received a good cleaning let alone a nice detail. I looked on yelp for reviews for a good mobile detailer and found Gary. I'm so glad I did. I called him last week and scheduled my appointment with him. He was very friendly and made sure that we both understood the time and date for the service. I then also asked about the pricing and all the fun stuff. He came just in time as we had both agreed to. I had informed him that he could go in to the basement garage to do the service and he informed me he wouldn't do a great job as there was no light. This was something I had not thought of. I left him the car and he saw the dent my husband made on the passenger side and said he would try to work some magic. He truly did because my car looks so much better. It seems like I just got it from a dealer. The dent was almost removed and that truly surprised me. The inside looked so good as the seats got their color back and weren't dirty anymore. Car looks brand new and the price was more than reasonable.
