    Excellent company with very good communication and customer service. We hired Anthony and his crew to load and later offload our Red Rover 26' truck that contained both an 16' & 8' storage pod. Low per hour minimum made our move to Huntington Beach affordable. I would recommend A.M. Moving Company to anyone that needs extra help loading, offloading storage pods!

    Before moving our friend gave the advice to go with a large, reputable moving company. Unfortunately, we didn't take his advice. By our realtor's recommendation, we used Anthony's company. It was one of the most stressful experiences of my life and ended in a crazy amount of damages. Here is a list of most of the items that went wrong: (edited my items to respond to Anthony's comments where I disagree with him) 1. After loading up the truck Anthony's crew went to the wrong house 2. They didn't wrap our monitors and tv's and when they unloaded them they carried them in and out their hands on the screens resulting in scratches, frame cracks and potential hot-spots later on. We had to ask them to be more careful when bringing them in Response to Anthony's comment: we had so many scratches on the tv's and monitors there is no way they were wrapped. When the movers brought them in they were unwrapped so I'm pretty sure you are being dishonest in your comment. We also weren't able to inspect all items by the time you came over the following morning. Obviously we would find more damages as we unpacked. I texted you as soon as I discovered them with photos and received no response. I'll post texts 3. They lost power cords to some of our tv's and monitors. They said they might have thrown them in a random box but we still haven't found them. Anthony had to order new ones Response: the tv chords and monitor chords were still attached to the tv's when the movers took them down. Saying we put them in a box is dishonest 4. They broke a strap to our sleep number bed that holds the two beds together. I noticed them on the floor and asked about it. I gave them to one of the guys to take to the new place but they must have just thrown it away without telling me. It worries me that they may have thrown other items away that they broke so I wouldn't notice 5. They pushed in our refrigerator without booking up the water Response: refrigerator that I'm speaking of is in our kitchen, not the garage! 6. They set up our sleep number bed but couldn't find the air cable and didn't tell me. Luckily I checked if it was working before they left and asked them about it. When they found the cable the bed wasn't pumping up. They kept telling me this was normal and to give it time. It wasn't until I was adamant that they fix it that they finally got it working Response: the issue was not the time to inflate. The hookup was done incorrectly and they needed to reset it multiple times 7. Anthony estimated the move taking 9 hours. 12 hours later they were still moving us! He admitted he knew everything wouldn't fit in one truck but didn't tell me in his quote email Response: if you run a professional business you should be able to accurately quote your customers. Saying we should have let your team go partway through the move is a bit crazy 8. When the crew went back to our old home to pick up items I followed them and went upstairs to make sure everything was out. While I was upstairs they just left leaving many items that still needed to be moved (patio furniture, sleep number chords and pump, etc.). When I noticed I had to call Anthony in a panic for the guys to come back. Anthony admitted his team should have done a walkthrough of the house with me before leaving Response: the whole outside patio furniture was left. I'm pretty sure that's not misc items that can just fit in my car. Same with all the sleep number parts since your team needed to assemble the bed 9. Broke our futon bed. Now it needs to be thrown away 10. When taking down tv mounts they didn't tape the screws to the mounts so they were just in a pile in the garage. Some screws were missing even though Anthony "counted" them right in front of me and told me they were all there. I had to point out that some were missing. He literally counted out 4 screws when only 3 were there Response: I showed you the pile of screws and we discussed the missing screws so to say they were with the mounts and accounted for is dishonest 11. Broke our railing even after I cautioned them to be careful with them. Anthony attempted to repair but it still looks messed up (same thing goes for other chipped furniture) Response: the railing was not loose prior to move 12. The tape they used left residue on our kids playmat that won't come off. It also stripped off the wood on our shoe rack. Response: Images posted of stripped wood finish 13. Chipped and dented furniture pieces 14. The team dropped f-bombs and cursed in front of our 3-year old Anthony promised he would fix any damages. He did attempt to repair the items I initially noticed and ordered the missing chords and sleep number parts but as we unpacked we noticed more and more damages. Sure enough, my texts to him went ignored. After his misquote in hours this company ended up being just as expensive as a reputable moving company yet resulted in and an excessive amount of damages and stress.

    The guys that came out were prompt and on time and very nice. However, the day of the move, they (1) damaged my brand new furniture that still had the tags on it (2) took a MUCH longer lunch break, resulting in extra charges and (3) when I brought it up to Anthony (owner) his response was: "We'll get some furniture paint" and he never did. They are not good at taking responsibility for damages and instead, they attempt to blame the customer! For FAR cheaper prices and MUCH more professionalism, got to Less4Movers, they are FAR more adept and MUCH cheaper and professional. *********DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, YOU WILL REGRET IT***************

    Great guys showed up, carefully wrapped all our furniture, organized our boxes, and loaded up the truck. They were professional, friendly, hard-working, and so efficient. Highly recommend this company!

Prior to the move, I discussed pricing and payment terms directly with the owner/manager and confirmed the agreed-upon amount. However, when the movers arrived, they immediately demanded cash up front and refused to provide any services unless payment was made on the spot. This directly contradicted the prior agreement. After loading the couches, they demanded an additional $100 that had never been disclosed or authorized. The situation felt coercive and inappropriate. In addition to the payment dispute, the movers caused multiple damages: * One of the couches was damaged. * The garage door was damaged. * A component of the security system on the back door was broken. Furthermore, one of the workers raised his voice and yelled at my wife and daughter. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I contacted the company to request information regarding their insurance coverage for the damages, they refused to provide any details. This company demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
