I got clarifications when needed and he was very prompt. The day of the move Julio and his team (4 movers total) were friendly and jumped right into action. They were knowledgeable and professional. Understood requests from us perfectly. They were easy to talk to and were hard working. No breaks just focused. All 4 of them. They made a good team and worked well together which is why they were able to get the job done fast and without any issues. I recently moved across Los Angeles and One Price handled it very professionally. From the attitudes to the uniforms to the brand new truck. Given that the things I had for them to pack were "weird" (seriously: rocks), it was all handled quickly and packed safely. There was a moment when things seemed to go astray (not by much!), but when I raised my hand, the owner - Reynaldo - came HIMSELF to make sure everything was correct and that I was satisfied with the move. One Price Moving did a fantastic job for us. Reinaldo Hernandaz stopped by our place, reviewed our belongings, listened to our concerns, and handed us a fair estimate (the other 5 outfits we had contacted did a zoom meeting at best.) In addition to our house, the move included an 8x10 storage unit. Reinaldo promised to do both moves in one day and indeed he did. We are very thankful for that. On the day of the move, Reinaldo and his crew showed up promptly and got to work immediately. The crew was courteous and professional. They worked very fast and very efficiently. When they encountered a problem fitting our sofa in the stair well, they quickly devised an alternate solution and kept going. They also showed care in properly packing fragile/easy to damage items. Once the house items were loaded, we headed to the storage unit. I was amazed watching the crew empty the unit filled with large appliances, furniture, and boxes in 18 minutes! The unloading went smoothly as well. They covered the floors and stairs properly and moved the stuff to their intended locations. From start to finish, the move took about 9 hours and not once we heard any of the crew complain. We are very happy with how Reinaldo and his crew took care of us. Horrible experience , I booked a move for my mom who is a senior citizen and talked to someone called Bethany Healy who was wonderful and had great customer service skills . She reassured me that the move would be easy and I gave her an inventory and had her even talk to my mom for a complete inventory check. She told my mom that she recommends 2movers and price will be around 1k and possible less. I thought that this was a great company but I was wrong. A week before the move which was today I called to see if Bethany could confirm my time but this is where the issues started . Someone called Jennifer picks up the phone and said Bethany is off for the week and I ask them what time will they pick up my moms items. She says she doesn't know the time and someone will call us a 1-2 days before the move and hang up the phone . I try to call two days before the move and no one picks up the phone and I leave the voicemail, I get a person called Reynaldo call me and confirm for Saturday at 10am , then I get a call the day before the move and he recommends 3 movers because he said I will save money and I said sure , let's do 3 because I trusted them. The day of the move the movers come at 10:30 instead of 10 and I am told that there are extra charges for them to pack items , and they said that they can't do the whole move and now I have to pay extra if they want the whole house moved because the truck is full . I thought when movers move they empty the whole house , I ended up paying $1715, what the hell!!! Scam. Horrible customer service . Stay away read more

Reinaldo and his crew did a very good job moving us from an 2nd level apartment with difficult stairs to a house. We were referred to Reinaldo by family members and had a similarly positive experience. Each location presented its challenges but Reinaldo and his crew went above and beyond. When scheduling, we also needed to include two additional stops to pick up items at other locations (if you do this, schedule it in advance not on the day of your move). All stops and items were included in the flat rate price. I'm a pretty frugal guy but my advice to you if you're moving a lot of items is to go with the flat rate. Moving has enough stress, don't add more anxiety by worrying about the cost for each hour on the day of the move (which I would have). However, everyone needs to make that financial decision for themselves. I would highly recommend Reinaldo and his crew. I would recommend One Price Moving to others and would call them again for any moving needs. read more

I was looking for a moving company to transport a small load from the Phoenix area to the Seattle area. My items included a dining room table, three other small furniture items, some pictures and several small crates. I called several companies and one price moving responded immediately with Chris, the owner, on the other end of the line (as well as in every other call I placed). Also, their prices were reasonable so I hired them. The crew arrived in Phoenix as promised and most carefully packed and wrapped every single item. The crew was courteous, efficient and friendly. The shipment was promised within 14 days and arrived five days after being loaded on the truck. The same crew arrived and carefully unloaded the truck, and unwrapped the furniture items and pictures. Moving is always a tough job for both the movers and customers. After failed attempts with other movers, I reached out to Reinaldo and his team for moving service. They were quick to respond, and worked with me on pricing. He was able to customize my move experience with what I have and when I need it done. I appreciate the carpet protection for my new place because the carpeting was brand new. I have never seen any other movers do this. They wear protective booties over their shoes but they still track in dirt with their hand trucks and such. Reinaldo and his crew laid down tracks over the move area so the carpet is untouched. They even had door protection so it wont get scratched or damaged in any way. Moving went fast. Overall, I really appreciate the communications we had. Everything went smooth and quick. Other places I tried to reach did not respond, gave me the run around, some were just really rude. Honesty and integrity is a rare commodity these days. 6/10/2019 Reinaldo and his crew of 3 young men arrived within the window he gave me. Our home had large heavy items that required careful handling from the second as well as the first floor of the home that we were leaving. Reinaldo is a true businessman. Nice people, fair price, and on time. I am not sure about long distance moving but it was totally worth it than to rent a truck and transfer yourself because of all the heavy things for local moving. Renting a truck yourself is already almost the same cost. I originally made an appointment with another company but kept seeing reviews that they cancel their appointments last minute, which got me scared since we couldn't afford not moving on the day we need to so I decided to search for another company and found this one. Everything went great. The only thing that I would say that may need a bit of improvement is to have the movers smile more when talking to customers. read more

Reinaldo helped move items from a 3900 sq foot house and an apartment to a storage unit and two houses in 90 plus degree heat. I told him what I wanted picked up and where I wanted it. His crew of four were very efficient. You have the option of using his one price estimate and then you let them do all the work or let them work away and get charged by the hour. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price. The workers came, packed my one bedroom apartment quickly, efficiently and safely, and moved it to storage all in the same day.
