On multiple occasions, Kumar included other clients' names in my paperwork and even sent my personal information to unrelated parties--an alarming breach of confidentiality. Communication was also a serious issue; many of my emails went unanswered, and when I followed up after reasonable delays, his responses were defensive and unprofessional. Most concerning, the full scope of work we agreed upon was never completed. When I raised this, I was told it would "only take five minutes," which felt dismissive considering the pattern of careless mistakes. To this day, there is work I paid for that remains unfinished--but given the experience, I don't see the value in pursuing a refund or completion. To make matters worse, Kumar went on vacation shortly after submitting incorrect filings and never followed up to make the necessary corrections.
