One bit of advice is to go early. Later in the day there will be more customers and George spends a lot of time with everyone, so it can get a little slow...worth the wait...but our last trip was much quicker since we were there early.

However, when I got home, I noticed that there was barely any meat left on the cuts I received. It seems that customer feedback isn't always fully taken into account, which affects the overall quality and value. I hope the management considers inspecting the meat more carefully to ensure better quality and transparency. FYI: Before you purchase the meat take a look to make sure there proper meat on it instead of a lot of bone.
