When I approached the line to pay- there were two registers open- the manager saw that the lines were four people deep and called to have another one opened. I glanced in the window and I saw Angel cutting a piece of meat I'm telling you it was look like he was dancing like the salsa.. slicing that cut of beef you could tell he was a real pro he is. the way he was cutting that meat I wish I had video the window in the butcher shop.
