Yesterday I checked out Wild Fork in Plainview. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The store is so clean and the service really is 10/10.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had a time looking around. Bought some old favorites and picked out some new items to try as well. They also have som $60 meat and seafood bundles that are really budget friendly. It's also at a prime location near some other popular stores, so I know I'll be a frequent visitor.

A decent sized store with so many different meat, seafood, pasta, veggie and dessert options. Their prices are incredible and the food is so delicious. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The store was clean and fully stocked.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will definitely be back!

What's not to love about Wild Fork? No hormones, no nitrates, no nitrates in your meat? Let me get some of that! My friend and I headed out to visit this wonderful store after she told me what they're about. First of all, Wild Fork has great staff like Judy and Jeff. They were very helpful and assisted us to pick out the best meat possible. They're friendly! Stop by and say hello! Meats are frozen and they have a great variety from chicken wings to fish to wagyu ribeye. You can even find a whole pig. Prices can rang from being quite affordable to being quite expensive if you grab the wagyu! Even though the meat is frozen, once it's thawed and you cook it up, you'll realize the meat is fresh. Are you feeling adventurous? Don't worry, they have different cuts of meats from different species! Lamb, bison, kangaroo, rabbit.. I'm not as adventurous so I can not review on that. I loved it very much and even went back again to buy more with my family. Yes, the first purchase was for me! I think I'll use Wild Fork to purchase my meats for meal prep. They even have pre-seasoned chicken/pork/beef for tacos which I found to be quite tasty. Keep in mind for the sodium content, however. They also had a section for quick meals, appetizers, even desserts! I can't wait to try those. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I really love how this store is clean. It looks clean and it is clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have shopping carts if you enter the store and look to the right. They sell fire starters and insulated totes. I didn't purchase the totes because I have an unhealthy obsession with Trader Joe's insulated bags and have possibly collected every single one they sell. Don't have a bag? Not a problem. They have paper bags which you can reuse! I'll be visiting Wild Fork on a weekly basis to purchase my meats and fish. I found that for its freshness, I'm paying about the same price at Costco or the other grocery stores I visit. Because it's frozen, I won't have to question its quality like I've had to in the past with certain stores..

I work here, so I apologize if this is a little biased. Wild Fork will change the way you buy your protein. We've got everything you can think of from beef to pork, veal, lamb, exotics, seafood, fruits and vegetables. Great prices, excellent quality and knowledgeable friendly staff. Come and check us out

Do not buy the chicken pot pie. It should be called carrot pot pie with doughy crust!

Anyone who knows me knows Red tomato sauce or gravy as many of my Italian friends would call it, isn't my favorite. Although for the sake of a quick Sunday pasta meal for my Mr, figured to give it a try, along with some of their fresh stuffed shells. Happy and glad to report I found a freshly made red tomato sauce that my tastebuds and stomach can handle. It wasn't overly spiced or thickened with various meats/vegetables/bread which typically shys me away from it. It was mentioned that I was getting one of the last containers for the day that had a meatball and sausage in it, but not chopped or sliced up, so that worked for me as it could be taken out and eaten separately. (The meatball was pretty tasty ;) I would recommend giving this location a try for anyone with a finicky red sauce eater like me. Not to mention their stuffed shells were indeed on point. ;) I look forward to popping in again and seeing what else I can try, as the employees behind the counter were kind and quick about servicing us and location appeared kept neat and clean.

After being disappointed with the selection of meat at my local supermarket I decided to check them out. When I entered the store I was immediately impressed by how clean and well organized it is, and Dave's guitar selection adds to the homey eclectic ambiance. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they'll accommodate customer preferences. After looking around I decided to purchase a rack of lamb, 2 pieces of wild salmon and cooked chicken fingers. Everything was top quality prime, fresh and scrumptious. And I was pleasantly surprised to see that Suburbia's prices are on par with local supermarkets for much better quality. You can't go wrong! Nuts & Bolts: Suburbia currently offers curbside pickup, delivery and in-store shopping with strict social distancing and a max of 3 customers allowed in at once. They're open 6 days/week (closed Wednesdays) at convenient hours with early opening times (7:30 as of this writing). There's parking on the street and a side lot. So happy to carry on the family tradition of shopping at Suburbia, a cool locally owned small business. I plan to be a regular going forward.
