One of the things I really enjoy about this company is being able to pick and choose individual flowers to create a custom bouquet. I usually ask the person at the register for advice on what flowers or filler would complement my selection, and the team at the Pomona location has always been amazing about going above and beyond. They're usually happy to offer suggestions, help arrange the flowers, and give pointers on how to make the bouquet look its best. That extra level of service has always made the experience enjoyable. Yesterday, I visited the San Bernardino location and had a different experience. I asked at the register what would be a nice addition to the flowers I had selected, but the response felt pretty unengaged. I completely understand that it was Labor Day and that it was still early, so I don't expect anyone to go overboard. However, even a little enthusiasm or a simple suggestion can make a big difference in the overall customer experience. I really enjoy the company and will definitely continue shopping here.
