    Beautiful flowers!

I received one of the most beautiful flower arrangements ever. The variety of flowers used in the arrangement was amazing. The arrangement was a gift. Whenever I need to order flowers for someone in the area in the future, it will be from Mullen's.

This is what I ordered, huge beautiful bouquet

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I Ordered some flowers with them thru Groupon. I had bought a huge bouquet worth over $80. When it finally got delivered, the delivery driver sent me a picture of the flowers and they looked nothing like what i had ordered. They stiffed me on the amount of flowers and it was only about half the size. Buyer beware!

I had really high hopes for this place, but ended up extremely disappointed. I ordered a cascading bridal bouquet, maid of honor bouquet, 2 wristlet corsages, 3 single orchid boutonnières and 1 double flour boutonnière for my wedding. I provided printed pictures for each thing that I wanted. The boutonnières were nice. The maid of honor bouquet was..fine. The wristlets should have had two straps. It only had one. It was flopping everywhere. My bouquet was a mess. It was not like the picture. I was having a morning wedding and as soon as my maid of honor arrived with my flowers, I called the shop. The receptionist said the owner who made my bouquet was not there and he would call me back. About 10 minutes later, he calls and says that he thought it was extremely close. I mentioned that there was no baby's breath in the photos I provided, nor were there greens. My bouquet was FULL of them. He did apologize, but the damage was done. He asked if I wanted him to try to fix it. I only had an hour until my wedding and he said that it probably would be enough time. I decided not to risk it and just went with it. It felt as if they were trying to cut costs by using fillers. I was never complaining about the price, so I wish that I was charged more if it was an issue. There were nowhere near as many orchids as the picture. I was very disheartened since the two most important "decor" type items were my flowers and my cake. I thought my disappointment was where it would end, but I was wrong. When we went to take pictures, flowers kept falling out of the bouquet!!! All they used was a foam floral block and a plastic cage. They did not use wire or florists tape. On some of my first pictures a stem of unopened lilies fell out. A few pictures later TWO stems of orchids fell out. I tried to put the back, but it was hitting stems in their original holes. I was trying to place them differently, but it looked like flowers were moved around in the original placing and there were not new places to create holes in the foam. At another point, another stem of orchids fell and I didn't even catch where it happened. I was not rough with it at all. I kept it on the fridge on a shelf by itself before the wedding. I didn't dance with it. The twirl in the picture was going in slow-mo so the photographer could get a good picture. I am so disappointed. My mom recommended this place because she had her wedding bouquet made there 30 years ago. Things have changed.

I ordered some flowers for my girlfriend, and there was a small mix-up, but they really tried to make me happy, and deliver the flowers. I will be supporting this business again! Thank you!

Mini spray roses from Mullen's flowers

Certainly one of the most popular flower shops in San Bernardino. It's on the corner of E and Highland. There's a really good vibe there and the shop is nice and clean. It's one of the few places that keeps many flowers on hand so you may be able to get an idea first hand of what you're looking for. They keep an ample supply of spray roses weekly. They're also a really accessible place because they have long hours and are even open on Sunday. Plus, they have good prices.

Impolite from the start. Even though I've been going there for years, I have decided to no longer with this location my business.

Enough pouring my heart out--here you can find so many unique items that you simply don't see other places. They were one of the first stores to carry Jellycats, along with so many other wonderful things. It's a wonderful place to visit around Christmas because they have so many unique decorations and home items, along with thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gifts for people. My daughter and I are frequent visitors, and it has become a beloved tradition that we always stop in whenever we're downtown. The ladies who work here are simply wonderful and incredibly helpful. I have nothing but praise for them and their kind, helpful ways.

The store is beautiful. Lots of souvenirs and antiques that you can find. Theres probably something for everyone you want to gift -- theres greeting cards, tea sets, animal statues, rings and necklaces, soap bars and ones dispensers, and other trinkets Normally I dont post about my dislike of being obviously followed in a store, but now it's my turn. I technically shouldnt be salty since I had always been law-abiding, but today was a very surprising one! You can tell based on my pfp that I tend to dress nicely, almost old money or New Yorker style. I was the best dressed of my crew that day, and we were still followed -- and not even in a professional way lol, the person was not slick Cant tell if they were a lady or dude but it was almost certain that they were related to the old ladies working at the store. This person tailed my friends and I wherever we went, to the point of blatantly blocking the already narrow aisles and standing behind people with their arms crossed. I go to Ross Dress for Less a lot and am used to security, of course -- but blocking paths and colliding into people is where I draw the line. And where I start posting a review Come here for trinkets and stuff. But get ready to pay for slightly expensive goods -- it's to pay for the security kid who blocks your path

Christy is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and it's obvious she's passionate about sharing her craft. I learned so much while having an absolute blast. It was the perfect girls' outing, and I left feeling confident and excited to begin making soap on my own. Today I returned for the Foot Scrub class, and it was just as enjoyable. It was such a pleasure seeing Christy and her wonderful staff again. Everyone is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer questions--not only during the classes but about all of the products they carry. The store itself is charming and full of unique handmade items, and they even have a beautiful selection of plants. It's honestly hard to walk out without buying at least one! They accept both cash and credit/debit cards, which is convenient, and parking couldn't be easier. There is plenty of parking directly in front of the store with easy nose-in spaces, making it very accessible. If you're looking for a fun, hands-on experience or want to learn from someone who truly knows her craft, I can't recommend Feel Good Market enough. I didn't buy anything, although the prices were reasonable considering the location. Reading other reviews a lot of other customers were uncomfortable as well. It seems like there are too many stores in Big Bear that obviously have that as an ongoing situation. It's too bad there's so much theft going on or so much distrust. Not sure which but I hope they resolve it. Although I was greeted with a hello, how are you?

When I went to pay, they attempted to charge more than the displayed price. When I inquired, the initial employee was going to honor the price tag. A reasonable thing to do. After seeking the manager for approval, she declined to honor the tagged price. She said the other gloves were marked with the higher price, essentially acknowledging the error in their tagging of their merchandise. Considering I don't work there and didn't price tag their merchandise, it was really confusing why that was relevant. Also, this all begs the question of how many times they do this to their patrons? Is it company policy to price an item one thing and overcharge by 33% and hope no one notices? Just honor the price tag. Not difficult. You did it, not me. I'm a paying customer, who is in town regularly enough. I hope the $5 was worth it. You clearly needed it more than me. Bums.
