She has been given creative license in what she makes each week - while there is a curriculum, there is flexibility within it so that each child gets to work on what motivates & excites them. In addition, the owner Kateryna, is organized, professional & warm. She has responded to me quickly when I had questions and really wants both parents & kids to have a positive experience. She was flexible when I asked to switch a week. Finally - a note about Covid-19. I was hesitant to send my daughter to any camps this summer but after doing a lot of research, I determined Petite Designers was going to make it as safe as possible with every instructor wearing masks, all equipment being sanitized frequently, temperatures taken at the door & constant hand sanitizing.

I don't take guitar but I have heard Felipe teaching his students and he seems like a very dedicated instructor, it also helps that he is amazing at playing guitar. I went to an event that they hosted in Weston Town Center, and had the pleasure of hearing Juan play the drums for the concert and was blown away. Basically, whichever instrument you decide to play, you will be getting talented individuals that are dedicated to their craft.

Jay, our instructor, was very nice and patient. Loved the BYOB part. My friends and I brought some snacks and plenty of wine. I will definitely be back to see what else I can paint! I've never been good at drawing or painting, but I didn't have to be! The one annoying thing that I will say is that it was nearly impossible to book our reservation. I called the studio no less than 4 times, left 2 voice messages, and never got a call back. I ended up just driving there and making the reservation in person when I was out running errands. I was invited for a spontaneous night out and our class was an intimate gathering of 6 on a Saturday evening. I loved the intimacy of it and there was enough space for social distancing so I guess depending on the night, you wouldn't need to reserve your spot a few days before. You can easily check their class schedule online. Unfortunately, there was a little mix up as the painting that was originally reserved was for a beach setting but due to a unforeseen staffing emergency, they switched it up. Amanda was very willing to simultaneously teach the beach and the jelly but I am glad we stuck with the latter, as it was more of a challenge and I am pleased with my interpretation. I am definitely looking forward to coming back because who doesn't love a chill vibe where you can express yourself artistically with no judgment, your own spirits and great company?

We searched the web for a nearby music school and came across ProMusic Plus in Weston. However, the excitement diminished into hurt this past Friday, five minutes into the lesson my son started complaining that he wasn't feeling well and wanted to go home. The manager/owner said sorry he is not well, but I already paid the instructor for the 30 minutes and will not be able to refund or reschedule his lesson. When she realized I wasn't backing down from this unfair policy, she said I don't want any trouble so I will refund you 1/2 for the session. She missed the point entirely! This customer service experience was hurtful and disappointing as I felt like she wasn't sympathetic to the fact that my son wasn't well, instead she was annoyed that she was losing money for the session. As a fellow business owner, I know how vital it is to provide a fantastic customer experience to all customers. Sadly, the owner of ProMusic Plus doesn't feel the same.
