John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. I usually get a bus service 4-5 times a season and have never had an issue like this. I booked a Sprinter from 716 Limousine for the 1/12 Bills game and was quoted with a base rate of $695 plus a 20% gratuity and 4% fuel surcharge (~$867 total), but after changing my time to pick up time and discussing with them, my new charge came out to $933.72. The extra $66 was what I had assumed was the charge with the added time, as I was told it would be "not that much". Also, this was on my invoice before the game and up to the afternoon of 1/13 as seen below. Without being informed, they had processed an extra $190 charge labeled "Additional Charges 1" bringing the grand total to $1130.72. I did not receive any documentation of this beforehand and when I called to discuss this, I was told it was for the additional time. I was also told that "their staff was well trained", so there is no way they could have been wrong about the pricing ahead of time, and that, "they were very transparent" despite not sending me updated price documentation. Out of the dozens and dozens of buses I've taken to Bills games, this was by far the least transparent, and the most expensive. Not once have I had the price change like this without advance notice and then have the company imply that I should've known. You don't have to look far to find better, cheaper options. Book with someone else. Also shoutout to our driver Dave. 5 Stars to him.

Once the limo picked myself and the bridesmaids up at the Mansion the limo driver opened the doors and was very kind. He dropped us off at the church and waited for us to come out. I wish I remembered his name because he was awesome!! The bridal party, Dan, and myself took photos at the Albright Knox, the rose garden, and Hoyt Lake. Our trip was flawed from the start because our group was separated. We never had a chance to pick our seats to keep the group together because we were the last stop on the way. The tour bus operator's rule was: "To keep the seat you first picked." She had no interest in letting the couple on their honeymoon sit together. And you know, if you really think about it, isn't sharing experiences with the people that you're closest to what's most important? If you are interested in a tour, I would highly recommend the Adventure Pass sold by Niagara Parks, an agency of the Government of Ontario. It would have cost us about $80.00 overall, versus the $400.00 we spent with Niagara Majestic Tours. It includes the Maid of the Mist, the Journey Behind the Falls, the White Water Walk, the Butterfly Conservatory, and all-day transportation on the People Mover and the Incline Railway.

For instance we went to this water energy museum that was straight from the 50s. Also, the tour guide just let the group do our own thing - he would just drop us off and say 'see you on the other side' and I had no idea how I might make it to 'the other side'! I would have preferred if he had actually done the tour stops with us as boring as that might get for him. Also, there is a big sign on the bus that drives you around that the already inflated price doesn't cover a tip for the guide and 15% is customary. Overall though our tour guide was friendly and it was a real convenience having him drive us around and get our tickets. If you don't have all day to wait in line and check out the various things yourself, I would somewhat recommend Niagara Majestic Tours, but be sure to bring lotsa money!
