The prices increase faster than inflation. The customer service is truly nonexistent. The work quality is beyond subpar. Every time before I go I think to myself "you've been going here for years maybe they're just going through a tough spell". NO! My cousin (from out of town) and I went today and I was so embarrassed. The two technicians doing our pedicures had their own private conversation the entire duration...extremely unprofessional and slowed them down. We got the same pedicure and polish yet her price differed from mine (overcharged her by $15). My gel fill took forever and the lady tried to take someone else in between servicing me. After 10mins, I had to ask her who was doing my fill and she then said she was and to wait 5 more minutes. So, I waited a total of 15mins between services for the same person with no apologies for my inconvenience. My nails were rushed and awfully done. There is nothing self care about this place rather, take your money, perform poorly, and tolerate offensive customer service while paying more than you did just two weeks prior. I sadly can no longer recommend this business.

With the Relache Spa, everything is an "enhancement" and the technician is skilled enough to say it in a way that sounds more like a courtesy than an add-on. I scheduled my appointment with ZERO enhancements. For example, during my massage, the technician asked, "Would you like me to massage your scalp as well?" As a Black woman with various hairstyles, this is typically framed as a courtesy or optional comfort check--not an upsell--so I did not interpret this as an added charge. Similarly, during my scrub treatment, the technician mentioned how cold the room can get and said they sometimes place an eye mask on guests to help keep the body warm. In my very drowsy, sleep-deprived state, I assumed this was part of the service and meant to help--not another enhancement being added to my bill. The staff was polite and professional, but you'll need to be very alert and firm to avoid unexpected charges. Beautiful views and good champagne tho!

The outdoor pool was fairly small but there were several places to sit outside with umbrellas so we enjoyed our time there with the view. The sauna was like the saunas in most gyms so I didn't spend much time there but I enjoyed the steam room for sure. The only reason I'm docking a star is that I don't think the spa pass was worth the $100pp it would have been normally, as the amenities were pretty standard and the women's locker room was pretty small. It def makes sense being in the MGM resort and can be great for guests but I'd rather spend my money at a standalone spa like King Spa that had more unique offerings.
