It's addicting, I think I may just laser all of my lower region. It feels awesome to just feel clean of hair down there. I legit would do more of my body like arms but my arms are both fully tattooed so I can't. ( Maybe in the future lol) EMILIE IS SO PROFESSIONAL! If you can book with Emilie you 100% should. I originally was uncomfortable with the idea of someone using a laser on my lower area but after working with her for a bit she has made me feel so comfortable I started to move forward with the areas I was nervous about. RESULTS ARE SO GOOD! The results I have seen have been honestly life changing. The confidence boost of not having hair on my back and butt has been so freeing. I don't have to feel nervous I forgot to shave. (I personally was embarrassed by those areas being hairy and it really bothered me) PAIN because I know people are curious. It's not that bad to be honest. An odd sensation is a good way of putting it. When good employees consistently leave, management should take a serious look at what is happening behind the scenes. Customers may be great, but retaining quality employees is also a leadership responsibility. This is actually the second location where I've experienced poor service, and that is concerning. I would strongly encourage management to invest in leadership and employee-relations training, listen to their employees, and identify why good people are leaving. As someone who teaches leadership and employee relations, I would be happy to recommend a few of my courses. Sometimes the issue isn't the customers, it's the workplace culture and how employees are being managed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve consistent, professional service, and employees deserve a workplace that makes them want to stay. I specifically booked with Reagan, but when I arrived I was told she was not working and was assigned to another waxer instead. Throughout the entire appointment, the waxer did not ask me a single question about how I wanted my brows shaped or how much hair I wanted removed. When the service was finished, a significant portion of my eyebrow had been waxed off, including areas that had always been part of my natural brow shape. My brows are now uneven and look nothing like the shape I came in with. The most frustrating part is that this was completely avoidable. My brows already had a well-established shape and only needed minor cleanup. Instead, I left with a problem that will take weeks or months to grow out. I have since spent over $100 on brow growth products and cosmetics to help manage the damage. While I was given a refund for the service, a refund does not restore the eyebrow hair that was removed or the confidence lost as a result of this experience. I am extremely disappointed by both the quality of the service and the lack of consultation before such a dramatic change was made.

Got a lash lift, removed the product too soon on one side, too late in the other . Now one side is spiral curled and the other side is not curled. Make it worse? They broke off my lower lashes. So that may be why they chose not to tint them since what was left was sticking straight out!! Pointed out these issues before I left and she told me I was wrong. I'll be wrong somewhere else from now on. They may actually care about the issues I have from their bad service. She has a technique that is comfortable while having them done and looks natural when finished! She uses just the right amount of adhesive.
