We rent a house, so when our dishwasher started sparking, it was our landlord who hired A OK. Kurt called to set up a time to come out. He stated that he would be in our area the next day in the early afternoon. I told him I couldn't get off work on that short of notice and my landlord was unable to help let him in. He started to get irritated and stated that I was an inconvenience to him. He became very rude, pushy. and inconsiderate. I asked about another day, but he started pushing again, to come over the next day. He wanted me to leave a key under the mat so he can come in and fix it. I said no, because we have a protective dog and he wouldn't tolerate a stranger coming into the home. He became even more condescending. A day or two later, he called and we were able to get it scheduled. His bad attitude and lack of customer service skills were still present when he came to my house. He fixed the dishwasher quickly, thankfully, because I don't know how long I could have handled his sour puss attitude. Thankfully, his co worker was a delight to talk to and was very friendly. Will they get the job done? Yes. Will they wow you with customer service skills? No. Will you feel good about having them fix your problem? Nope. Please find someone else to fix your issues. I had some questions and thoughts about what was wrong with my LG Front Load washer. In about 3 minutes Kurt talked me through the problems and what my washer was doing. He diagnosed and recommended that I replace the washer rather than him coming out to try and fix it - due to the problem and cost to repair. Kurt is awesome. He's come out to repair our Samsung front loading drier before. Fixed it quickly for a good price and stuck around to answer a few questions about some other appliances. Our washer was making loud rattling sounds so we called A OK and they were here within 24 hours and we couldn't reproduce the sound so they checked it out, discovered some worn out parts which he replaced. He could have replaced other parts that were worn less but told us the washer was top quality and should last many more years read more
