I took two dresses that needed to be hemmed slightly and it took them several hours. I understand they may have been busy but I went because it was named a one hour alterations. The dress hem started unraveling the same day. I also do not feel they were very customer service friendly, more of a drop it off and get it done attitude place. For so so work and it wasn't exactly cheap I'd probably not return. read more

I came here due to good reviews but left disappointed due to the following reasons: 1. It's not really one hour alteration, the lady told me it won't be ready in a week. This I'm initially okay with, please read on. 2. When I went to pick my item up after a week, they've completely forgot about it. So guess what, the lady ended up having the guy to alter my long jeans into short jeans in less than an hour... So why didn't you just do it when I first came in? 3. He completely butchered it. Before I decided to get my item altered, I researched on YouTube to learn how to get it done. In the video, the girl said you must keep the back fabric a bit longer than the front fabric when you cut the long jeans short so the bottom of your butt won't show. Well, on one side of my short jeans the fabric are of the same length, on the other side the front ended up being longer than the back! So yes, one side of my butt is showing when I wear it... I decided to get a "professional" to do it BC I wanted to avoid all that! If I had known that he would destroy my jeans I would have just done it myself, at least I won't have to pay other ppl to destroy my stuff!!! read more

Men's wearhouse gave me like a month turnaround, and they couldn't even do the full range of services i had requested! So I drove down the street to this business after frantically finding it on yelp. I didn't inquire about the one hour turnaround here, as I was ok with the next day. I ended up getting two shirts tapered and sleeves shortened, along with a hem job on my slacks. Total was roughly 70 bucks, but i figured that I was paying a premium on the turnaround. read more

Great work and done when promised! No frills very straight forward. I got my dress shortened 4-5 inches. Well, I have to say she is very skilled at alteration. After the first bad experience, I gave her another try and this time she remembered my instructions. Since then, I have given her lots of dresses that I thought were unalterable and she always does a great job and alter them perfectly. Her English is not so great, tbh, and she's not the best at communication, but her skills are wonderful, and she's willing to make things right. So I'd say she's worth going to, and if you have any special requests or cautions, write them out on a paper and she can pin that to your clothes. read more

Quickest and friendliest service. I came in with a zipper repair issue and I was able to have my jeans fixed within the hour. The customer service was great and the zipper repair was less than quoted (quote $15) because the original zipper was able to be salvaged. Highly recommend. Just a note, parking can be tight but usually there's at least one space available. read more

I purchased a dress that needed alterations on the sleeves, hem, and I requested some material be added to the plunge neckline to make it more modest. This seamstress was so kind! I'd give them 5 stars for service because I think she did an excellent job! But $20 is a bit high just to have a dress taken in on the sides. I don't mind paying extra for good service and a job well done, but I've never paid more than $10 just to have a dress taken in around the waist. 5 stars for service, 1 star for price. read more

Asked to have a zipper placed on 3 separate blouses and they quoted $25 for each blouse!!! Ridiculous!!! Also, I clearly came in before another customer, but the seamstress chose to wait on them before she even finished helping me. Will never come back. Would recommend that they create a price list for their services so customers aren't shocked with their quotes. read more

I ordered a Bridesmaid dress from David's Bridal and it fit just right in the store. When it arrived it was a little tight and I didn't want to risk forcing the zipper and breaking it. So i decided to look into getting it taken out and hemmed at the bottom. I went to another alterations place first and the lady told me it would be better to order a bigger size and just have it taken in if need be. But the wedding was just a month away so i went here for a second opinion just in case. I'm so glad i did! I told her the other lady advised me to order a bigger size. She took one look at the dress and said no you don't have to, I take the dress out a different way. I was a little confused as to how she would do it, but she made it seem so simple. And she didn't want to tell me when it would be done, she asked me when would I need it and it would be done. I went back a few days later and the dress fit just right! She even showed me how to properly secure and zip the dress up. Great work and a very reasonable price! read more
