If I was…read moreaware of the reviews on this business prior I would have urged for a different company to handle my matter. My vehicle spent about 12 hrs at Sulli's from the night it got picked up. The next morning I showed up (Approx 10am) & was billed $450. I lived less than 15 min away. $350 to tow it the night it was picked up (10min) & $100 to tow it home. I cannot stress enough for anyone to avoid this business. *The owner I'm assuming, was demeaning by blasting my personal info to others present in store as to why my car was there. Me & my bf were met by a snarky remark of "I knew you'd be able to come up with the money" when we returned to pay. Personally, this business is a sinking ship but the man in charge will price gouge by any means.

I called to inform him of the issue and asked if I'd be able to ride to the mechanic. He agreed! Chris was so nice on the phone. My drop off for my car was between 4 & 6. I called Chris on a Friday to schedule my tow the next day and gave him the time frame of my drop off. He said they had some tows scheduled early in the afternoon & would call before on their way for mine. I ended up calling around 4 to check if they only accept cash for tows & Chris explained he would be there in about 15-20 minutes & that they have no way to run credit cards from the truck, so only cash would be accepted. When they came to pick up my car, it was all downhill lol. My car hadn't moved in 2-3 months. The brakes had locked and it couldn't get pushed onto the truck. We also tried jumper cables to jump it but that didn't work because the gas was a little low & again it hasn't been started for awhile. Chris & his buddy hooked up the car with a chain and steered it on to the truck. $60 (6miles total) my car was on it's way to the shop. Since my car was just a drop off at mechanic , I didn't have to be there / ride with them but it was nice to know the option was there. Thanks again guys!!!!

Now that folk are keeping their automobiles MUCH longer than ever before, business in the maintenance/repair of older autos is booming. Smart "small shop" operators know the satisfaction of clientele keeps people coming back for the "little things" that often become "big things." Recently I went in for a muffler repair to find out my old car needed (really... ) rear brakes, fuel line replacement, steering line replacement, and a few other things. My car is routinely "maintained" (was...) at a Buick dealership so to find out (and see it visually myself) just how "unmaintained" it was -- irritatingly shocking. f8 and be there.

This seems to me something that should have been addressed before the mechanic at this establishment slapped an inspection sticker on it. HOWEVER, the reason I wrote the review in the first place was because of the exceptionally rude treatment I received from the employee who answered the phone. I was calling to see if this establishment could look at the car to see if they could find out what eas going on, since they were familiar with the car. I began the phone call, summarizing the work they had done, when the employee (who, after numerous emails from the owner, turned out to be a woman, not a man. I apologize. ) started defensively telling me that they weren't responsible, etc. After that, I certainly wasn't going to take the care there! The owner emailed me numerous times, implying that I was angry and wasn't thinking straight, and that the person on the phone was reacting to me. I wasn't angry when i called. I just wanted them to look at the car. Nor was angry at the person who sold me the car. The follow-up emails just kept telling the fact that my brakes weren't working couldn't be their fault, listing all kinds of other things. My point was and still is, why did the car pass inspection then? I wouldn't have questioned anything, if the first employee would have simply let me make an appointment with them. I wasn't looking for anything for free. I just figured they must know the car, and would be the best people to go to. I've decided not to pursue an investigation with the inspection authorities, even though my mechanic said the leak looked like it was happening for awhile. I've also added 2 stars, because the owner was pretty upset that I gave such a terrible rating and said I was affecting the lives of all his employees. Even though he accused me of jumping on social media instead of contacting them. I got the brake line replaced at another business, everything works well. I'm done with this whole saga.

They charged me $65.00 for new wiper blades even though I install new blades 1 day before. They are overpriced on their products and services. I will never go to Hinemann's again. I should have reported Hinemanns to the PA State police for investigation.

We rescheduled for the following day during the 7:00am to 11:00am window. I was ready at 6:45am and waited until 11:15 before cancelling. The pickup has been rescheduled with a different compan.

When insurance attempted to retrieve the vehicle, we were presented with charges far beyond what insurance considers reasonable, including: * $350 winch fee (insurance allows $100) * $125 fuel surcharge * $750 flatbed tow * $525 administrative fee (insurance allows $150) * $275 cleanup fee * $125 per day storage fees accumulating while release was being arranged Despite explaining the financial hardship this created, the business was unwilling to work toward a reasonable solution. Communication with the owner was dismissive and unprofessional, and the situation was portrayed as our fault for the insurance company we use. Accidents are stressful enough without facing excessive fees and unhelpful treatment afterward. I would strongly advise others to ensure they control where their vehicle is towed if possible.
