As I tried to get the spare tire on, the car rolled off the jack and slammed on the ground (yikes)! I was in a rush and needed help fast because I couldn't get the jack back under the car. So I called Tom, who happened to be the first Google result for a tow. He was literally just down the road and got to me within less than 10 minutes of calling. He knew exactly what to do. In maybe 5 minutes my car went from parking lot to bed of a flatbed with him being extra careful to secure it down. It has aluminum rims so he strapped it down in the back with those nylon/cloth straps & ratchets it down. I hop into the cab, air conditioner already on, cab cleaner than most of my friends' cars, aside from some extra dust, and away we go... I know customer service can vary by 180 degrees, and maybe I should just be rating Sean, but that's basically what I am doing. If I need another tow, I'm going to request him.
