I had to leave with unfilled, uneven, and unpolished nails. I came in with painted nails. They even tried to charge me for removing the polish. AFTER THE NAIL TECH LEFT THE BUSINESS. It somehow was my fault she left and they couldn't take credit cards. They have children running around and trying to smooth over customer issues while the business owner LEAVES them unattended. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be reporting them to the BBB and the State for their business practices and breaking child labor laws.

I was also informed by the owner while in the chair that I would be charged an extra $80 for 8 packs of hair used in my head. I was not told to bring hair nor is it listed to bring hair on the website. I spoke with the owner days in advance before my appointment. The hair is extremely heavy and not what I asked for. Before I paid, the owner, Dr. Leshell M Dennis looked at the back of my head and took photos of it herself. She saw exactly what my hair looked like. When I reached out afterward, she admitted in her messages that she knew it was the wrong style. She was fully aware before she ever accepted my money.
