Wow! What a beautiful, peaceful salon (loved the quiet , relaxing music)! It was also so clean and…read moreso nicely decorated! The technicians did excellent work...above and beyond what we expected!! My daughter and I both had pedicures! The value for the services they provided was way better than other places we've been. I would highly recommend this salon! We will definitely be back!

The nail tech seated me at a station with a not really clean looking towel already placed on the foot rest. She then went in back and came out with a plastic tote that had a few tools laying in it loose. Like nail clippers and emory boards, etc. I saw no evidence that they had been cleaned or sterilized. They weren't packaged. I understand that the typical sanitation protocol is for the tools to be autoclaved to prevent spreading fungus and bacteria from one customer to the next. I probably should have objected but the tech went to work on my feet so fast I didn't really have time to think about it. Like I said earlier, I haven't had any experience with having someone cut my toenails or giving me a pedicure, so I'm not really sure whether to be concerned about this or not. But I thought I ought to bring it up so people would know. I wish I had this information before I made my appointment. I don't think I'll be going back.

The salon seemingly appeared clean and the staff were nice and offered a free soda, however my mom…read moreand I were in the salon for 4 hours for a pedi and gel mani. They overbooked clients and still took walk-ins even after we had an appt. We were left waiting too long for our services. They left my mom soaking in acetone for incredibly too long which wore down the skin on her hands and then her fingers were cut badly. 7 of her 10 fingers were cut and 2 very bad. They didn't offer anything to make it right (although nothing can change the pain she now has). I wanted to like this salon, even saw the owner helping out, which is encouraging, but nothing can overshadow the fact that she was harmed during her services. As someone who works in healthcare, this is very bad and they should be held to the same standard as others that provide services. Shame shame

I used to really love this place and the old owner but it recently went under new ownership and the…read morenew owner was the one who did my nails. My appt was at 12:45 but she didn't get to me until 1:15. I wanted a simple gel manicure and the owner rushed through my appt even though she was kind I did not feel like a priority at all. I'm terrible at painting nails but the result looked like something I could have done myself. The owner also smudged my thumb and said she'd fix it but instead of removing the polish she just painted over it. It is very obviously still smudged. While checking out the owner said "I'll add $5 for tip" and then tipped herself. So I paid a total of $40 for this. I'm honestly really upset because this place used to be my favorite.
