Um wow- I had one of the best pedicures of my life here this morning! Lite was so great- I joked that I'm coming back tomorrow! I was so pleasantly surprised with how the Deluxe Pedicure (which is on the less expensive side of their options- which they give you in a menu) included so much- many steps and not skimping on the products- and an excellent massage too. He took his time and really paid attention and focused- I felt pampered. The massage chair was also SO CLEAN and really really good. The salon is very clean and fresh. It just felt good to be there. The salon was hopping on a Saturday morning and I'm glad we made our appointments ahead of time. Making the appointment was a little bit quirky but it worked out fine. This is my new place for pedicures and I am seriously considering going more often because the experience was so positive. read more

OMG...my pedicure was fantastic. They remodeled within the last year, all new very modern chairs. I got the basic pedicure and I haven't had a better pedicure. I've lived in the springs for 5 years and have not found a great pedicure place in that time...until now. I'm used to CA, where it's easy to find a good pedicure (HAPPY NAILS). This one exceeded even CA. Best massage and attention to detail. Hot stones and oil treatment was unexpected and awesome. This location is 30-40 minutes from my house, but I will be making the commute for these pedicures. Helen was taking care of me. She is fantastic! So worth the drive. read more

10 out of 10 would not recommend. This was my first time here & I do not recall the person's name who did my nails, but I requested pink and white ombré. These days I figure that's a pretty simple style that's requested frequently, boy was I mistaken. I don't even know what to call what I got. It's not even a pink and white French tip & this was a BRAND NEW FULL SET. I thought I could just deal with it, but the more I looked at them, I just couldn't, so I called them and they said they would not refund my money, nor would they FIX THEM. They said I could come in and they would remove them for me. That's it. That's all. $65 for this terrible set AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. As a business owner I wouldn't want someone walking around with these nails telling people that they were done in my salon. I don't think I've ever been more disgusted, disappointed, or dissatisfied in my life. If I could leave a negate star review I would. read more

Sonny is AMAZING!! I came in with an image that I liked but was not totally in love with for Christmas nails and told Sonny to take creative control. This is by far the best quality, look and feel I have had on my nails in years! I will definitely be a lifelong customer, very very happy! Went here for the first time today. It was really slow in there so I was able to get a chair right away for a pedicure. I did a basic pedicure and manicure. Service was nice. The lady I had was very friendly and did an alright job, but I wasn't really impressed. Not even 4 hours later...my polish on my nails are coming off after doing a small amount of dishes. I'm about to shower and I'm worried the same will happen with my toes since she used the same polish. So after almost spending $60 with tip even with the first customer 10% off, not impressed with quality. Unfortunately, I would not recommend or return. read more

Many pros with this place. First it was dead when I went it. Yes, there is a snow storm and it is a weekday morning but it was great to have no wait and no worries on time. Second, Linda was super nice and efficient. The tools are individually wrapped and sealed. The facility is clean and the staff is welcoming. The amount of polish and gel colors they have is great, plenty of variety. The only con I noted was I waned a polish change, she was adamant my cuticles get taken care of and even though they could use it, I usually do it myself as I find the cream salons use make my cuticles worse in a few days. Next time I'll trim them before I go in since this cost me more than I was hoping to spend. read more

I went here about 2 weeks ago. Hellen was amazing, decided to come back today and was helped by the woman who sat next to Hellen. Absolutely horrible. I asked for one color, pearl white, they didn't have it. I then asked for my second idea design. Black with silver side lines, she seemed frustrated. I have never had to keep nails under this lights for more than 10 mins, guess their black gel polish is slow drying. This lady was impatient, rough and my nails looked horrible. I drove to another shop down the way and showed them my nails, they laughed and had to redo it all. Polish under my nail, coating my cuticles, lumpy nails, and a crooked index. Which the repair shop confirmed it's not "how my nail grows". read more

Sadly I'm leaving this review after coming here multiple times and being treated poorly from Tina. I had a appointment for pink and whites and pedi my acrylics were almost done and all these people started walking in and im thinking well i have an appointment they will make sure to have a spot for me. NOPE! I was told to wait 30 min. after already having an appointment i didnt have any more time to wait. I ended up booking ANOTHER appointment for a pedi with some of my family members. Right before i showed up my family members got a flat tire and could not make it to the appointment. Tina called me out infront of everyone in the salon saying WHY DIDNT YOU CALL I COULD HAVE TOOK MORE APPOINTMENTS?! I told her my situation and she kept arguing with me. Then as i sit down for a pedi, in which i should have just walked out she begins to get angry and is talking to her co workers about them not showing up. So unprofessional and super rude. Just funny to me because she made me wait when i had an appointment a couple days prior. So its okay to take up my time? But when it comes to yours you get upset? Funny. I felt completely uncomfortable and my pedi white tip was chipping within a week and my pink and white acrylics looked terrible with multiple nails falling off. Unfortunately after being treated this way and nails lacking for paying $145 not worth the money or to be treated rude. Will not be back. read more

Eh, it was okay. I went with the dip powder. I was disappointed that when I told the guy I'd like dip powder to strengthen my nails, he tried to convince me to get acrylics. Nope, I've had those and they ruined my nails with permanent dips in my nail beds. Then when I sit down to get started, the nail technician (I didn't catch her name) tried to put tips on my nails. I thought I was clear that I didn't want acrylics... So we get started and she uses the grinding tool on my nails, alright I get that's probably a prep thing. She continues but doesn't cut my cuticles with the tool or even clean up my nails? I ask and she says the tool will do that for her? I want my nail beds cleaned up please. This whole time she's super distracted because apparently they're short staffed today. She kept looking around while the tool was NEAR my nails. Dude, pay attention. The hand massage was nonexistent and I'm pretty sure I could've done a better job at home myself. What a disappointment. My nails feel thick and uneven. I'm not super impressed. If this is the way dip powder works, I'll go back to shellac and risk the damage to my nails. I'm glad I don't live in the area... I would not return here. I kept a star just because they were friendly. Wow! UPDATE: DO NOT go here for the dip powder. I had to get mine removed because they felt weird... I went to my usual place in lone tree, guess what?! They used f'ing acrylic powder on me!! My normal place was SHOCKED and I'm pissed because I wasted $50 to have my nails almost ruined. read more

I went to Lux last week for a mani and pedi and I was thrilled! Such a clean, calm atmosphere - They say to never go to a nail salon if they don't use the blue solution and they do use it there. Everyone was very friendly! My pedicure was awesome, they have regular, classic and one more to choose from. I got the classic which was awesome! Great massage and I loved the sea scrub. My nails I got the shellac and they had sooo many colors to choose from. I also got a hand massage. After all that I got my brows waxed and she did an awesome job!! I chose this salon for two reasons: convenience to my neighborhood, and decent online reviews. Sadly, I wish I went somewhere else. I had two technicians help me with my full acrylic set and gel polish ($37). The first made sure to make small talk with me, which I appreciated. However, he completely destroyed my cuticles with his dremel tool. By the third nail, I told him how painful and rough he was being. He apologized and continued all the while burning the rest of my cuticles and nail beds. Needless to say my nails and fingertips are extremely sore- more so than they normally can be after a full set. The second technician completed my polish since the first one took a new walk-in. She was friendly enough. My only complaint is that my fresh polish looks like it's a week old. She was careful to avoid getting polish on my missing cuticles but it truly looks like my brand new full set is already grown out. This salon is not well ventilated. I understand that a nail salon like this uses chemicals but ventilation is crucial for everyone, including the technicians. The salon appeared clean and well kept otherwise. I feel the pricing was fair for the services offered. I even noticed that they are a couple of dollars cheaper than another one within the same shopping center. Overall, it's not the worst salon experience I've had but it is definitely up there. I will not be returning and hope to find a much better experience elsewhere. read more
