When I walked in, I asked how much they charged to dry clean a work shirt. They said $2.39. When I picked up the shirt, they charged $6.99, 3X the price quoted. They told me that they had charged extra because my shirt was an extra large size. (I wear a 3X.) I noted that I could understand a reasonable premium for men wearing XL+, but 3X the price was criminal. I also noted that they never informed me of this upfront and I did not see this on their price list. The Manager said she charged me the higher price at her discretion. This is truly unethical, if not criminal. If you have any other option, I encourage you to take your business to a less shady dry cleaner

I was told exactly where to go purchase fabric & promised that my dress could be made to fit & the new fabric wouldn't show (the slivers are under my arms).
