Back in December 2017 on my drive to work from Houston to College Station at 8 AM, I heard a loud sound from a rock hitting my windshield as a truck was passing me on the left on Highway 6. From inside the driver seat, I didn't see any damages on my windshield so I continued to work. On the same day, at 12 noon I headed out for lunch. As I walked closer to my car, I noticed a line on my windshield. O.M.G. With a closer look, there was a crack spreading from the bottom corner of my windshield on the driver side that was NOT THERE earlier this morning. Within less than four hours, the crack originated from the corner of my windshield and had already progressed towards the bottom of my vehicle registration sticker. I was crazily worried that the crack was increasing in size by the minute, so I skipped lunch and contacted A Plus Auto Glass and was seen immediately upon arrival--THANK GOODNESS! He repaired my windshield in less than 15 minutes and I was able to make it back to work before my lunch break was over. Woot woot! Aaron was very observant of my crack in my windshield. Politely asking if I would like it repaired. He offered and I agreed to call my insurance to make sure it was covered. It was, so while I cleaned out my car after the wash, he repaired the crack to a flawless finish. He was a kind young man, striking up casual conversation about the community he was enjoying moving to recently. He gave me his card. Emailed my receipt. Told me it has a full warranty. Very happy with the service I received from Aaron and his team. I was able to get a nickel sized rock chip fixed in less than 20 minutes while at Drew's car wash. Aaron made it easy for me to file under my insurance and I was able to have the repair done with no money out of pocket. The rock chip itself is barely noticeable after being fixed. My Tahoe had a rock chip in the front windshield the size of quarter. Aaron was able in the time it took me to vacuum out my truck repair the chip so that it was barley noticeable. I have had other vehicles with chips repaired, but honestly, this looks like the best work I've ever had and on top of that, Aaron did all the insurance work and all of this in about ten minutes.
