He's also on a very limited retirement income that often doesn't cover his expenses and groceries for the entire month (I usually end up helping him out until he gets his retirement check). His hoarding had reached a critical level and something had to be done. Other hauling services charged a lot more for smaller loads, and often were unresponsive to returning calls or scheduling/keeping appointments. This company, however, was responsive and professional. They showed up promptly, worked quickly, and did so with a level of compassion that really touched my heart. They were able to free up enough space for my father to be able to safely use his electric heater and have easier access to his back door. There's still a lot more to be done, and when we have more money saved up this will be the only company we call. They're simply amazing!

They repaired the cracked screens on 2 of my phones, and the cameras on both phones stopped working…read morewhen they handed them to me. Both cameras worked when I handed them to him to repair, and wasn't working 20-minutes later when he gave them back. He said it would cost $15 each to replace the cameras on the phones to make them operational again. I declined --and that was 3 months ago. Last week the front of the phone fell off because I guess the glue got old in 3-months, and I saw the reason the camera didn't work. There was a bunch of dust on the camera lens. I cleaned the camera lens, then took the phone to be re-glued at a different repair place. My camera now works on that phone. CommCentral was trying to scam me out of $15 on each phone, when all they would've done is wiped away dust --and how did it get dusty? I don't like dealing with shady people, so I'd never let them touch any of my phones again.

I found a lovely patchwork quilt that I liked and realized I had left my wallet in my car so I asked the saleswoman at the front desk if I could set it down somewhere while I went to my car. She pointed to some bins behind and I put it in one and went to get my wallet. When I looked to see what I had in my wallet, I realized I was going to be a little short so wouldn't be able to make the purchase. Now not ever having used the bins before at this company, I was not aware they had a rigid rule about not being able to put things back once they are in the bin. So I go over and grab the quilt to put it back where I got it from and as I'm walking back, the saleswoman very tersely said "Mam! Where are you going with that! You cannot put that back, you MUST purchase it!" Before I could even address her she stormed off in a fit so I just went to put it back. When I came back, I simply said "I don't understand" she begins to chew me out in front of a house full of people, completely humiliating me and belittling me - I was just flabbergasted at the epic rudeness. I told her I had come to their company many times before and said I had bought many things and simply did not know about this rule. She was so rude and so unprofessional with me I was just stunned at how mean she was. She yelled "Well if you've come here before than you should know all our rules!"....I couldn't believe how unpleasant and awful she was. i just felt so confused and baffled at the weird level of hostility toward me. I had never even talked to her before. They are hostile, rude, unfriendly and I would never recommend them to anyone. Steer clear of this horrible company. I will never shop with them again.
