Wow that was a mistake. He not only didn't show up at the appointment hour. Wasting the customers time Mr. Smith wanted me to pay him upfront before ever going to the job site. I called Mr. Smith we agreed I would pay him as soon as he confirmed he was there at the customers home. Mr. Smith confirmed on the phone that was fair he would take the work. I talked to Brian, the most down to earth, professional, and respectful guy you can ever talk to. Even though he had a jam packed schedule prior to Christmas, he made the effort to come do the job on the eve of my party. Not only was Brian a gentleman, he did a great job on the carpets he steam cleaned. My wife and I liked the fact that the steam cleaning was organic and used a natural way to sanitize,disinfect and deodorize fibers. The end result was amazing! With 2 boys under the age of four, some of the carpets had taken a beating with numerous stains and when Brian was done with the steam cleaning, they looked brand new and smelled super fresh. He didn't do what he was to do prep wise, he was rude to my Mother and then told her there would be an additional charge if she paid with her charge card.... so she paid cash. She did reach out to the manager, Shauna Calloway, and has printed correspondence where Shauna states they would refund $162.84 within a week because the check needed to come from corporate. It is now March 27th when my Mother reached out to them again... no check and was told by the lady who answered the phone that Shauna wasn't going to speak with her but they'd have corporate issue the refund check then... What kind of business are you running? Inadequate service, disrespectful techs in people's homes, not performing services that were scheduled, giving the elderly the run around .... Would love to hear what you have to say about that type of service. And yes, everything is in writing and everything has been recorded so the poor customer service from the moment the tech walked into our home to the lack of response to my mother is accurate.

Our neighbor was pleased with the service, so we had PSCC do our house. We moved all the furniture we could out the way and off all the carpet. Only thing left on the carpet was the beds, and one large, heavy, piece of furniture. I then vacuumed every bit of our carpet until the dirt sensor, on the vacuum, glowed green (indicating no dirt). Note: While the "cleaning wand" can reach a bit under the beds, the furniture could only be cleaned around. Doug H. was our "Lead Technician". I think he did a good job. Now Yelp used to call 5 stars "As good as it gets", and never having this done before, I wouldn't know. But now Yelp calls 5 stars great, and 4 stars good. And since I think a good job was done, I'll go with 4. About the only thing I didn't like is that our living room was considered two rooms, "because of the size." Also, closets are cleaned at a flat rate of $30 (which seemed high, but we did get a 2 for deal deal). When Doug finished, he turned on the ceiling fans in all the rooms. I also had cracked all the windows in all the rooms to get some fresh air. We did find one spot that needed a little extra work, but Doug did get it out. We were told to try to stay off the carpet for 6 to 8 hours, but if we had to go on it, wear white socks. I went barefoot the one time I had to get something from one of the rooms. It seemed it took a little longer to dry, but in the end we were pleased with the work done. Oh, our water supply was used, via the hose bib on the side of the house. Bottom line: And now it's almost time to list our home.
