I don't ever expect perfection, but I do expect an attempt. And if you don't have the skill set to do a specific task, be honest and find someone who does. I went in for a basic fill and new color with beautiful nails. The first time I went in, the gal that did my pink and silver glitter leopard print did fantastic. This.... this is absolute garbage, and I should have walked out instead of paying $45 for literal trash. Absolutely no clean up, terribly uneven acrylic layering, polish everywhere (including my wrist and forarm), terrible paint job, and dryed up cuticles. Please save yourself the headache and spend the extra $10-20 going to a different salon with people who don't blame the nail polish for a terrible experience. read more

I came for the first time today and got my nails done by Justin! I had the most amazing experience and I love my nails. He was super kind, patient and perfected my nails. He took his time shaping them, and asked me multiple times to check and make sure they were how I liked. He let me pick out my own nail pearls and let me place them exactly how I wanted. There was no pressure or rush with my appointment! Normally when I get my nails done I always feel like the person is rushing, annoyed with me for every little things and I am scared to say anything. I was cut by the cuticle cutter and saw the technician use gel set material with blood on the nail and then did not dispose of the polishes. Though she apologized profusely, my nails should have been free. I even left a tip for the other technician because I received a pedicure that was done correctly. I have had to come back 2xs as the gel separated from the base of my nail bed. Who has time to keep coming back to a nail salon to fix work that should have been done properly the 1st time? I took my daughter here for her 7th birthday and the lady who did shellac on her fingers and toes was so sweet; although she chose bold rainbow colors instead of the pastels my daughter wanted. Another lady did shellac French tips on my toes and did such a good job! Today I went back to have my toes done again because it'd been a few weeks. The shellac held up, but my nails grew out. I had the lady who treated my daughter previously, and it was like night and day! My French tips are crooked and I had to ask her to re-do my big toe because the shellac was stuck to my skin. It left a weird rough spot, which she tried to fix but just made worse. Like other reviewers had mentioned, the prices are inconsistent. This time is was $8 more than last time and I left with my feet looking so dry! I'm not sure if I'll go back. They made such a great 1st impression but I'm really disappointed with today's visit. read more

I was a walk-in on Saturday morning hoping they could take me for a mani pedi. Place was clean with lots of polish options and great spa chairs. However, at the end of the day, it's all about the polish job. My nail tech seemed to disengage after I chose the regular pedi instead of deluxe. Barely scrubbed my feet. Sloppy polish job, leaving spots of polish on my toes, and just a dot of color on my already small pinky toe nail. Shellac mani was the same. Blotchy lumpy polish. For $48? I am not the kind that will ask a tech to fix something that should have been done correctly in the first place, I just won't return nor give a reccomendation. Perhaps making an appointment would buy you more attentiveness. But I doubt it. read more

I've been to this nail salon several times and been quite happy. Unfortunately this time was very different. I came in asking for pride nails. Pictured below is what I asked for and also what I got. When I expressed how unhappy I was and that I wanted it re-done they simply said sorry and charged me the full amount of $55. My sis and I came here per a girlfriends' suggestion and we are glad we listened! We came as a walk-in on a Saturday and of course--there was a wait. But hey, it was worth the wait. Here's why: I'm used to getting my nails done where I live, in Los Angeles, so I had pretty low expectations and just figured I'd settle for my acrylic fill to have OK shaping but I was gladly proven wrong. I showed V a pic of a set of nails from a really famous Hollywood salon and just like that, she nailed (no pun intended) the shape. V was super friendly and really listened to me and any critiques I made without getting impatient. It started out okay because we were seated quickly. But from there, it's was a nightmare. We got bad service, the nail polish leaked onto the cuticles. Asked them to fix a couple simple things and they just ignored us. I would never recommend to anyone! Super sloppy job, and rude attitudes. I never go to this place and I am regret that I did . As I'm not able to wear shoes currently 2 days post pedicure . The nail tech was extremely rough and she ripped out a ingrown toenail and I mean ripped instead it cutting it out . My toes look like my 4 year old niece painted them . And the whole time she kept trying to up sale me to deluxe pedicure . I'm very disappointed and I am lieky going to have to go get a antibiotic because my toe is infected . I have visited this salon in years past and was always happy with the services I had received. Today the girl that did my pedicure had her phone propped up in her tote and her earphone on and was talking while doing my pedicure did not interact or seem interested in providing a relaxing treatment or doing a job that would be better than I could have done myself especially for 40.00. I was not impressed and I will not ever go back there, I work hard for my money and had been anticipating a great for myself and left so disappointed. So I'll start by saying I'm one of the most picky woman with her nails as well as a person who likes to save a bit - bet let's be reasonable these woman sit and listen to us and do our hands that's worth something :) so having lived in places in California my whole life im always skeptical of being treated nicely and being overcharged but still I tried this place a month ago ,had Jen and she was just AmaZing ! I was treated so sweetly the most friendly smile she listened to every particular I had from thick to 'perfectly straight' and then I would not be sure what to do & she had patience for it. I just felt babied and that's wonderful. I also did not end up spending half a bill just to get treated this way. They were kind from the beginning, before we talked money and I wasn't dressed over the top , so I then came in again now a month later ( I live on Mt Scott) and had another fun & well done experience with Sara whom I asked ' can u please do some really amazing white tips in a short amount of time - like pow!?' And she did haha Jen was there too and another girl who actually sang at one point ( pretty voice ) and I had a good time if I can I'll post my nails :) on the site ! With name Wen . I've been here three times now. I'm going to say the standard is well below most of the others I've been to. I got a regular mani once and they didn't even put top coat on. Another time I asked for gel, with red moon cuticles and ended up wth half the nail in red and a clear coat. This was $30? I also got an attitude from the nail techs friend sitting at the next table, when I said the moons need to be a bit smaller like the picture. I've had the manicure 3 days and it already looks terrible. It has already started to come off around the bottoms of my nails. I've learnt my lesson and won't be coming back here. read more

The lady who worked on me was nice. But I spent nearly $60 and a tip for their "best" pedicure with the bells and whistles. Which was super rushed through. It took her about twenty minutes. Which is ridiculous for the price. Other places charge a fraction of that and pamper your for an hour. read more

The guy rushed through my nails because he was already taking longer than expected with the services that came before. He kept talking to everyone that came in & getting involved in other employees' work because he must have known the most English but he was very distracted. He also kept making suggestions and running all over the salon instead of just keeping it simple & doing what I asked, which added time & confusion because this is the first time I have had my nails done (but went with friends). I told him I was getting married in a couple days & he still rushed through it & when he asked "is it ok? Everything good?" I started to look and he rushed me off being like "come back tomorrow if you want me to fix anything" Well the next day was my rehearsal & I don't have 3 more hours to sit at a nail salon. They were ok from far away but looked like a 12 year old painted her nails way too much & it was super thick. I got acrylics with gel polish & wanted an ombre with an accent ring in sparkly purple & he just started hurriedly putting glitter on all my nails, then I was like "wait no just one nail" & didn't say anything when I realized he painted the accent nail the same as the others because it was too late & I didn't want even thicker nails. All in all, mostly unhappy with the rushed, sloppy work. No cleanup of polish on my skin or anything & started chipping the next day. Very disappointed & I'm never coming back. This salon for pedicures is the worst salon I've ever been to . I had requested the deluxe pedicure and what i got wasnt even a standard pedicure. They didnt remove any calluses, they clipped but didnt file my nails to make them snooth, they didnt even get the nail polish on the whole nail. I had an appointment for the pedicure , so time wasn't an issue. I was done in 20 minutes. This was the worst pedicure ever!! read more

Not impressed. Went in for a deluxe pedicure and they barely touched my feet. 57 dollars and my feet look and feel the same as they did when I went in. Took my mom with and hers was super rushed so the woman working on her feet could attend to another customers. Only plus is the lady who painted my nails did a good job. This place is awesome! Staff goes out of the way to make you feel special. For my daughters 3rd birthday, I took her here to get her first mani and pedi. The have special chairs for kids! She got treated to her own juice, sucker, princess tiara and wand and a personal picture/birthday card of her on her day! She was amazed! I've been here twice now and both times have been super impressed with the prices and have super loved my nails afterwards. The first time I had an older woman who was very brusque and rude, but I was only charged $15 for a gel polish manicure, so I forgave that pretty easily! The second time was a man who was super nice and did a great job and even offered me a huge list of complimentary drinks, everything from Thai tea to long island iced tea! I was charged $28 this time for a gel color removal, gel manicure, and even a hand massage, which is a super great deal. I highly recommend this spot! read more

She took her time to make sure my nails were exactly how i wanted. The places i went to in Hawaii were crap compared to this place. Will be back soon to do my nails. This was the most horrific disgusting place I have ever walked into. I asked for a pedicure chose a color and was sitting for 15 minutes then the owner I assume made some worker finally start the water for my pedicure I sat in the chair then felt the water it was extremely hot then to my shock I looked in the water and saw pieces of skin and dirt floating. I was so disgusted got out right away. The lady saw the water and started draining it. To my horrer and disgust I left the unprofessional workers didn't even say I'm sorry and all they did was laugh it off and played dumb. I never been here and never ever will return. They obviously don't clean the tubes after every pedicure. This is how you get fungus and other nasty stuff. Disgusted and upset. My biggest mistake was walking into this nasty salon. read more

For a $35 pedicure you get rushed in and out in 20 minutes with the massage being about 2-3 long, then they ask you repeatedly if you want to add a tip on your card...for what??!! For that service at that price they have already tipped themselves about 3 times!!! read more

at first, the nails were beautiful and i had no complaints. after a little over a week, my nails started lifting pretty bad. the man doing my nails didn't do a good job painting and only fixed it when i asked. i believe he did not know how to do them correctly if my nails lifted so quickly. it was easy to get in with little wait time, a lot of polishes to choose from, and no constant upselling. the only con is the fact that it can get busy from time to time and when more people come in, the workers start to work on multiple people at a time and lose their focus on you, resulting in rushed nails that don't last long. read more

I've never been treated so rudely by someone working on my nails before, the woman working on my boyfriend kept laughing, they all kept literally walking right in front of him, pointing at his toes and walking away. Unless you want to be ripped off, (because they post completely false specials on their windows just to get you in the door), laughed at and made to feel like crap don't come here. My pedicure didn't even make it home, the old gooey polish had already smeared before I even got in my car. I'd give this place negative 5 stars if I could, never been treated so horribly in a nail salon and I'm furious and will further warn everyone I know from even setting foot in this "business". read more
