It's very lively, compared to other places i've been to where the salon employees seem to work hard ignoring you. I had a pedicure and bio gel extension nails manicure. They are *serious* about cleanliness and sanitation. My feel felt great and toenails look terrific. The bio gel nails are a true game changer! They are indestructible, smooth, and easy to file down if needed. I even went back after a week to get a new gel polish. I am really happy to find a chill salon.

Today I went in for a full set builder gel and it was the absolute worst technique I could imagine, she applied giant globs of gel at the base spilling all over the edges my nails were fat and lumpy and uneven and then barely any at the tips and I kept telling her this is not proper technique she should be applying an even layer all the way down and she said she would file it later. I kept insisting she stop doing that but she didn't listen. She CURED THEM with giant globs then filed them and I was like you don't see the globs? There not even! They're lumpy. This is the epitome of what every video online wil l tell you NOT to do! I had to teach her proper technique that she should be applying an even layer. My nails looked horribly and she basically had to file off ALL of the builder gel and then go over it with regular gel. To finally make them look normal. The sides are still fat and lumpy. I had to file them myself when I left. I was planning on coming here to get my nails done for my wedding in a few weeks but unfortunately the skill level at this salon with builder gel is very alarming. I wanted to stop her but the gel was on at that point. I'm flying to LA tomorrow and will have them fix it. I'm not trying to be mean but the management needs to teach proper technique. It was low effort and they should take better care of having higher quality skill. Please watch a video online or tik tok of how to apply builder gel if you go here and then compare the technique they are using you will see it is not industry standard. The place is beautiful and I really wish I had a better experience because my first one was wonderful. But the results have been too inconsistent each time

It was my first time getting this metallic chrome and it was a bit more involved (and more expensive). Sadly my nails ended up so thick, messy and blotchy. I was leaving for vacation the next day and my finger was swollen and sore for the entire trip. I did book tips for my nails but there was a language barrier, so I did gel. Which was fine, the manager came in and said to me "you booked for long nails" and she seemed upset and told me she would take of the gel and do the tips. I said no, I had already been there for 45 mins. Then she proceeded to yell at her staff. Then she came to me and said you should have told them long nails, so next time say long nail because we can do that here you know? We do everything. I won't be back. However, she managed to multi-task and was able to work on two customers simultaneously! She did not fail to ensure that both customers were getting the best quality service, and manage her time wisely! I feel as there is a complete over charge at this location. A full set (SHORT) might i add costed me $120 with 3 fingers on each hand with a design. The following time i came in and wanted to do a fill, this time only having 1 finger with design and others a solid color she wanted to charge me $110.. that is outrageous. I informed her how much she charged me last time for a more detailed set versus this time being a fill and it being less and she was like oh well i can do it for $100 then. I said no, it's ok . I would just let to get the nails removed instead no set. She then changed her mind to only charge me $75 for the set. I still said no because how is it that you are wanting to retain reoccurring customers coming to the establishment but having no moral on the way you are choosing to up charge your services. In the end , i chose not to get my nails done here and probably will not anymore.

The pedicure spa chairs have excellent massage features. The folks working there are all kind. Most importantly, we received great pedicures. The soak, scrub and massage were all lovely, and our toesies came out so fresh and so clean. It's so weird that they have been open for 8 months and had no reviews. It was a great experience at a reasonable cost!
