Really not great experience. We had booked 2 builder gels and pedicures at 10:30, we arrive a little early. The front desk completely messed up and thought we were arriving at 11. I specifically requested an individual for my builder gel set, turns out she doesn't do this. I was not notified ahead of time, otherwise I would have made different arrangements. The pedicure was ok but they did a horrible job shaping my nails. I just did one color, no designs. Let me just say, they do NOT do builder gel here. They kept trying to push dip on me which I do not like as it comes out thicker and doesn't adhere to my nails properly. I had previously had a builder gel set on but I needed it redone as I had paint stains between my nail and the builder. They removed it then put clear "builder" on. This was just gel shellac. I got clear, no designs or anything crazy. They did not offer any additional colors for the builder. My mani/pedi came out to $140 My friend did a mani with "builder" as well as designs on multiple nails and a single color pedi, hers came out to $120. Tell me how the heck does that work?! Pricing is very inconsistent. The next day one of my nails broke! I have never had this happen before with a builder set. And today, a week later, there's already lifting of my nails. 4 days after my friend had her nails off the "builder" gel peeled off! They offered to redo our nails but refused a refund. I'm so upset by this whole experience I don't even want to return for the redo. Do not waste your money or time here. read more

My friend went and got her nails done and she paid $60 for her first set. The set was horrible so she went back and asked for a refund and they didn't give refunds and they redid the nails but not even two days later she's popping the nails off like they're press ons. This is completely unacceptable. You guys need to start offering refunds or improve your quality of service. read more

The service is nice, same with the vibe but with quality it's always hit or miss. I get acrylics and my set last week looked amazing every nail a different color of the rainbow but this week it was lower quality, lumps on one nails and shapes off. This happens often where one week it's amazing and the next its not great in some ways. The left side of my hand is a little bit crooked so I guess just keep an eye out for that when getting your nails done but from what I've seen from my first time there they are more than willing to listen to you when you need something else done that you don't like. read more

They did a terrible job, the lengths are all different, they are cut crooked and they don't push back the cuticles. The staff is very rude and talk bad about customers in Vietnamese while you are sitting in front of them. Every time I get my toes done I get the full package to her scrub/massage I get a 10 second service for no reason .. every time.. I come to relax when I do pedicure not just have a scrub applied and rinsed off super fast.... they don't try here like they used to at all.. they don't have new colors either !! NO color updates or added for the last few years..There nail color charts are all dirty haven't been cleaned u can tell. I want to like this place, but waiting 30-minutes when you have an appointment is too long. Why accept online appointments for certain people, services, and times if you can't accommodate? I sat so long in the pedicure chair I got cold because the water was cold. I love that they have most gel colors available in non-gel, so good selection (although some look goopy). They also offer beverages and have a lot of chairs, but don't make people (that took the time to schedule an appointment for a specific time) wait more than 10 minutes past a scheduled time! read more

I had a good experience getting my nails done -- the nail tech was detailed and I was happy with how my nails turned out. However, the experience ended on a really disappointing note. I noticed toward the end of my appointment that the salon offered complimentary champagne, wine, tea, and water. No one had offered me anything, but I was feeling thirsty and politely asked for a hot tea before leaving. To my surprise, the request was met with visible annoyance. What made it worse was that one of the staff -- possibly the owner or manager -- made a rude comment in Vietnamese, saying to the tech something along the lines of: "Hey, this old lady (I am 40) now wants hot tea. Tell her she has to drink it and leave the cup." I guess they didn't realize I understood Vietnamese. That made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. It's one thing to be dismissive, but saying something behind a customer's back -- in another language -- assuming they won't understand, crosses a line. I mentioned that I hadn't been told drinks were complimentary, but she didn't respond. It was an unfortunate way to end an otherwise nice appointment. I'm leaving this review in hopes that the business becomes more mindful of how they speak to -- and about -- their customers. read more

I enjoyed my experience here! Don't be deceived by the fact that it's a small storefront in a strip mall parking lot. This place is huge and very clean and beautiful on the inside. There is definitely a laid back atmosphere here, and every one of of the nail technicians is extremely friendly. They did a great job of getting people checked in and seated, and if you get here early, you'll probably be seen right away. They go the extra mile of having snacks and drinks on hand, and from what I could tell, really kept up on all of their seating and equipment. You get the upscale salon and experience without the pretentiousness or high price tag. They also have one of the most expansive polish collections (of all kinds) of any nail spa I've been to. The prices were reasonable for what you get here. My (gel) manicure lasted two full weeks without any chipping or looking dull/worn down. Only took a star off because the shaping and cuticle cutting could have been a bit cleaner, but overall, I was happy with what I got. I'd definitely come back here. read more

this place SUCKS. yesterday pedicure was ok (75 w tip ) when asked if I want nails done too ,I asked if she had experience with long nails. She says yes yes oh yes long no problem! (eager to take any job possible )and of course now, I have to pay someone to rip these ugly things off my fingers that I hate. When she was hesitant to leave more than a third of an inch tip on, I knew I was in trouble as I usually like "long " nails around 2-3 inches long. so I think to myself ok I'll try modest cute. AND no!!!!!!!!the shape is awful. It took two hours long JUST FOR HANDS idk If she an idiot or low IQ. And the owner is oblivious to all this only cares about PAYMENT as she mindlessly obnoxiously annoyingly yaps and yaps nonestop on the phone mindlessly in a grating voice and does nothing but yap on the phone (not business calls )but blah blah blah blahhhhhhhhh the whole time to ....somebody .
