He was not able to get to the job so he referred me to Tommy of A & B Plumbing. I got in touch with Tommy just before Thanksgiving (about Nov. 24). It took him almost 3 weeks to get the job done. The city had told us we needed to replace the regulator, but he didn't do that for days. He never contacted me to updated me on the progress of the project, I had to call him. Finally I called his partner and THEN, the middle of December, on a Sunday, he got the job done. And what did he find to be the problem? The regulator!!! All this time had resulted in over $300 in excess water bills and almost a $600 plumbing bill!! So much for his assurance of a fair price and keeping me informed. You'd think he would have considered what the city mentioned to start with, especially when a regulator can be purchased at Lowe's for very little!

At the first visit when he was to service my unit he went off about capitalism and got REAL red to the point that I was uncomfortable with his nasty political rhetoric and vitriol. He does not listen when a client speaks. He cuts you off or will loudly, to the point of yelling, talk over you. I'm sure he doesn't treat men the same, he's a real toxic person. He let me know that I have no legal rights. This definitely tells you he knows he is wrong when within minutes of questing his decision making, he goes to lawyers. Do yourself a favor - especially if you are a female or a man whos wife would be home alone at the time of service, like me - and never use Pettry for any service. This man is scary. As usual he discovers some strange things the builder did when the house was built in 1998. Instead of just jumping in to do the easiest thing he evaluated the situation and explained what he found. Trevor looked the situation over and informed us on what needed to be done. I was full of anxiety over the situation. Trevor fully explained everything and put me at ease. This young man is beyond his years and my wife and I were so thankful for Trevor's knowledge, professionalism and concern for our anxiety.
