Update: after less than a week it's starting to bubble and peel off. This is ridiculous, the absolute biggest waste of money and time. $80 for a crap job. They took their time on my pedicure and my nails came out okay not perfect but it was $80 before tip and that's waaayyy too expensive for a mani pedi with gel polish. I've never paid more than $50 for the service i just received. Last time I got my nails done at PureLuxe in the mall of NH it was $75 for a mani pedi with long acrylics. I got no acrylics or tips at all just painted nails and classic pedi. I wont be returning unless prices drop. I've worked tipped and service jobs and am all about paying someone their worth for a service but oh my goodness this was SO overpriced. I'm still kind of in shock I paid that much. I was in shock when they said the price which is why I didnt dispute it. Also I only even went during this time as I'm getting engagement photos taken and there's an empty spot with no polish at the top of my ring finger i just noticed so that's fun.

I was there waiting for a very long time. But my nails and result was gorgeous and worth the wait. I kept them on for over a month. They are very good at designing.

No filling under the nails for contouring.

No no no. Period. I thought he was doing a better job than the last place I went to, also rated 2 stars by me, but then he never pushed my cuticles back, didn't have me rinse after filing to get all the dust off, and when he was done with the fill, he never drilled under the nail to give it a more natural curve. Some of my nails have a very flat area at the tip (see pics). Just seemed rushed. Pass.

Only giving one star because you can't give a zero. Didn't actually get a service done but didn't appreciate the customer service that was coming about. I knew what I was talking about and they were calling me difficult so I got up and left and I'm pretty sure the whole staff were talking about me and their language as I was leaving. What they did not understand was I looking for an acrylic nail ombré. And I was being called difficult because I didn't want to paint it I wanted acrylic. Below is a inspiration photo.

They charged my sister $110 (tip not included) for a mani/pedi and she left with her toe cut and polish that looks like she did it herself...they even skipped out on the foot rub

worst. experience. ever. my friend and i were a walk in, where she got seated right away. i however, i had to wait 45 minutes before i was even given a seat. my friend wanted a nice green color, but was told "it doesn't exist" even though it was a color in the tray. the nail tech then tried to make her use a DIFFERENT color, which was aquamarine. my friend eventually just said "purple will do". her nails came out uneven, thick, and attached to her skin. now onto my experience. i asked for a short coffin (which is $5 extra) and they came out rectangle. where's the shape??? i wanted a simple ombré, as pictured below, and instead i got nails that looked like teeth. also pictured. they were so thick, you could barely even see the tip of my finger underneath. ended up paying $90 and got them removed and redone the next day. it was the night before prom, but COME ON. take your time, and if you don't have it, just say so. the other techs kept looking at my friend and i's nails and saying how "good" they looked. they were just trying to save her tip. never going back and i advise you to stay clear. as my new nail tech said, "do not enter" also, my new nail tech said they had to fix THREE other peoples nails who went to princess in two days. my friend and i make five. unsanitary, overwhelming, would not recommend. save your money and find another salon. didn't pass the vibe check

I have been coming here for years and I've never had any problems until today I for a fill and my nails that aren't cow print are supposed to be BLACK not blue. They're so thick its disgusting. Half of the nails don't even have all the clear coat on them. Throughout my appointment I was very clear as to what I wanted and then she started adding all kinds of glitter and I told her that's not what I asked for and to redo them. Now that's $50 down the drain, wet nail polish under my nails, and my crying in the parking lot writing this.

    nail counter

I went here due to my regular nail salon being booked when i desperately needed a fill. it was less expensive than my regular place so i was a little iffy about it. as i went in, i stated that i had an appointment and they asked me what i wanted done, as if they hadn't actually written down my appointment. then when looking at colors i was quickly rushed to my seat, repeatedly being told to sit without being sure what color to choose, so i just chose black (my previous color) . i normally wash my hands at my other place before everything to make sure everything was clean-- but that was not done here. as he was filing my nails it hurt extremely bad, and as someone who has been getting my nails done for a while.. that has never happened. the entire place felt very unsanitary, nail polish left everywhere, dust everywhere and as i placed my hands on the counter it left a residue on my hands. also i said that i got black, he actually put on dark blue. if i could rate it 0 i would

    Dip over cuticle

Only giving one star cause I have to. Absolutely awful experience! Left soaking 45 minutes in acetone. Actually left before nails were done. Had asked for ombré dip which they said they could do. Asked for coffin shape. Pictures included. Dip was applied to my cuticles which are now painful and need to be soaked off again. Charged 45 for "pink" dip and additional $10 for shaping!!! Absolutely rude and used used drills and Emory boards on my nails. Place is horrendous!

    Shoddy work.

I have come here for tips and dip color several times. They are local and I enjoy giving local businesses my money. However this place is hit or miss depending on who you get and what time you go in. I went once and had to go back the next day because my nails had crack, pieces fell off etc. Went in at 5:30 last night thinking they were open to seven, my bad they closed at 6. My fault for not checking and had i realized it i never would have gone in. I don't like being that customer that shows up right before a place closes. Anyways, i have NEVER had my nails done in 30 minutes, always takes about an hour or more. Whelp this is what I got for the fast pass nail line... Pretty sure it was one of the owners who did them, very disappointing to me. I So to sum it up I have great and bad experiences here, wish the work performed was more consistent. You take the chance of getting super or sloppy nails when visiting this establishment.

If I could give this experience 0 stars, I actually would. Dirty salon was the first impression. I asked for 516 dip powder and ended up getting the complete wrong color (see photos) half of my nails don't even have the dip applied. I also got my eye brows waxed which they do right out in the open , sitting up and in front of customers in a regular chair. The woman had wax sitting out (not hot or warm wax) which ended up killing when she pulled the dirty strips away from my eye brow area. Would NOT recommend - will NOT be returning. Told them I did not like the color and it was not what I had chosen and still managed to pay full price .........

Mind you, it's down my back & very thick. I knew I needed to find a salon & stylist to be loyal to. I came across CCC & decided I would make a quick phone call to get an appointment. I spoke with Stephanie; she asked me some qualifying questions to match me with a stylist that would be the best fit. Typically, salons are booked on Saturdays (from some experience & other calls that I made), but given the nature of my request, she told me she would schedule me for a Saturday appointment at 9:00 AM with Elise. She ensured me that Elise is their "color expert" & is very familiar with treating thick, long, damaged hair. My initial feeling when entering the salon was WOW, this place is STUNNING. The decor & the front desk were so modern & updated. I love the light fixtures that they have when you enter & over some of the products for sale. For someone such as myself who is not very versed in this sort of thing (going to get my hair done & being pampered), I felt like I was in a very nice & upscaled environment. I had a lot of appreciation for whoever was in charge of the interior design (more of my department). I was greeted right away when I walked in. There were not a great deal of customers at that time, which I can't complain about considering I would rather have more of a one-on-one experience. Each stylist's chair was the same & had furniture-style cabinetry with granite countertops. Elise knew she had a project when she was told about my appointment. She was excited, however. My "project" took (3) hours to complete! But in that time, we had a lot of great conversation. She genuinely cared about me & getting to know me. She did an AMAZING job! After washing my hair with exceptional products, to adding highlights & lowlights to the exact color I was envisioning with organic dye, to explaining the whole process including the toner, she really took pride in reinventing my hair that needed help. She didn't even shame me for using box dye ;) The end result was drying & curling my hair. She also asked if she could take pictures to post on her Instagram which I agreed to. Believe me, the before & after pictures are a substantial improvement! I already have my next appointment booked & I cannot wait!! Sure, it's not cheap to have hair dyed & treated, but it is worth it. Thank you, Elise, for your hard work! I would certainly recommend making a relationship & connection with Creative Colors & Cuts if you are on the market for a salon, whether for hair or nails or the other services they provide.

Before my appointment started, I asked a gentleman at the salon how much Gel-X cost, and he told me it would be $55. The technician who did my nails barely communicated with me throughout the service. The only questions she asked were what shape and color I wanted. I also told her that the nails were too long, but she didn't seem to care and continued without making any adjustments. When it came time to choose a color, I asked how many coats she normally applies, and she told me one. However, she ended up applying at least three coats. Once she finished, I told her that I didn't like the color and was unhappy with how long the nails were. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she told me the nails were already dry and that I would have to start over if I wanted a different color. I asked if she could simply remove the color, but she refused and said she had another client coming in that has an appointment. Things got even worse when it was time to pay. The total came to $62.52, even though I had been quoted $55. When I questioned the price, she turned the screen toward me and pointed out an extra charge for "long length" nails. I never asked for long nails--in fact, I specifically mentioned that they were too long. Charging me extra for something I didn't request is unacceptable. Maybe there was a language barrier that caused a miscommunication between the gentleman who assisted me to the technician. I also noticed a $1.52 tax charge. Since New Hampshire does not have a general sales tax on nail services I was confused about why I was being charged tax. I paid in cash, so there shouldn't have been any card processing fees either. It didn't occur to me until the next day, but now I can't help but wonder how many other customers have been charged tax/fees without noticing. Between the poor communication, lack of concern for customer satisfaction, unexpected charges, and disappointing results, this was one of the worst salon experiences I've had. I will never return and would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I said I was really worried as my last haircut they took off three inches when I asked for a trim. They said they had the perfect person for me. I went in for a bang trim and told her I hadn't gone to a stylist for three months and actually took a xanax because I was so worried about too much being taken off. I joked that I know it's crazy to be so scared and she said "right, it's hair. it will grow back." I should have jumped out of the chair then. I made a big deal of taking as little as possible off. She cut the bangs to above my eyebrows. I ALWAYS have my bangs below them and closer to my eyes. Not only that, but I have a shag cut, and she cut some of the side pieces , that are NOT part of the bangs, they blend with the shag. I didn't' notice how bad it was until I got home and looked in the mirror. I even washed it again thinking I just needed to style it better. Nope. I went to an emergency hair appointment this morning to see if it could be blended. I showed her a photo taken three days ago to compare to after the bang cut, and she agreed that those side pieces should never have been touched, and it will be another five or so months to get that length back and there was nothing I could do. She also pointed out that the right side was shorter than the left. I was sooo honest about just wanting the tiniest trim to clean up the bangs. It was horrible. I was very , very honest and adamant about taking off a little as possible. She should have used clips to hold back the side pieces that are part of the shag. And she should have taken just a tiny bit off and asked if that was good. It's easier to take too little off and take off more than to do a big chop. Now have to start ALL over again. PS...I NEVER leave bad reviews. If you check my profile I LOVE giving good reviews and supporting business in the area. I feel bad about leaving this one. But I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Yes like the stylist said "it's just hair". But for many of that it's a HUGE part of our identity and confidence.
