I've been trying different places for months and have not been happy. Whether it be the shape, the color job, etc. I went to 9s Nails 3 weeks ago and was kinda happy with my nails but not 100%. I decided to go back and try a new nail tech. I was NOT disappointed. Eric did an absolute amazing job. He filed my nails so perfectly, and went over them several times to make sure they were perfect. Then he did the color. This has far exceeded my expectations. 9 Nails was truly a wonderful experience that I'm so grateful I got to have -- I love how my nails turned out (my first time doing dip), but what really stays with me is the genuine, joyful warmth of the nail tech staff. They are so sweet and truly made the hour or so of "me time" for every client feel like a retreat (or, as one longtime client next to us joked, "like therapy!"). My friend and I (first-timers) were astonished by how the techs knew every other client by name. Lots of delightful banter while remaining professional and efficient -- we were out of there in less time than we'd budgeted for. The salon is impeccably clean, bright and spacious, a veritable little oasis. Horrible place. I had a horrible experience the last time I went. I booked an appointment 3 weeks before for a dip fill and a pedicure. I get there and the nail tech tells me, she only has ne down for a pedicure. I tell her that well than I rather have the fill the pedicure. She offered to give me to someone else to do it. I declined knowing that person screwed up my nails last time. She offered to end up doing my nails and not a pedicure. I asked her to cut down my nails and she decided to cut them so short that I had no nails left. She then said I can put on tips. Well now I have 5 tips and all different size nails. I told her I will not be returning and she lost my business. Her response was well we need money but not money that bad. I'm sorry not happy but it's not my fault! The place is over priced joke. I walked into 9 Nails to get a gel pedicure. I was immediately pleasantly greeted and did not have to wait at all! The nail tech that did my pedicure was Anna - what a delight!!! She has a great personality and her work is top notch quality!! Overall the atmosphere was calming and inviting. I will definitely be going back, and will be requesting Anna again! read more

My daughter and her friend went there - Dec. 2022 and got their nails done. The staff were rude and sloppy in their work. Maybe it was the day/time - early evening Saturday and they had worked a long day, but that is no excuse. Nails are expensive and it's a treat for my daughter to get them done at almost 80.00 but she is too shy to speak up. Caution with this place. read more

I LOVE this place! Definitely recommended! My five year old and I went to have a girl day, and had a great time. They have so many colors to choose from, it took me forever to decide. Definitely a smaller place, compared to some nail salons, but they are good! My daughter had a guy and I had the girl. They were both sooo nice and accommodating. My nails are so pretty and I'm super pleased! 100% the best gel manicure I've ever had, and the hand massage was great! I am happy I've found myself a new nail salon! read more

This was the first time ever getting my nails done at a salon and I'm just gonna say right off the bat that it's so worth it! I got a removal and a full set. I cant stop looking at my nails because they're so beautiful! As this was my first time, I was not familiar with the names of the nail techs but the girl I had was PHENOMENAL!! She took her time in making sure everything looked right, but was also fast and efficient, and also clean. I went in with a full hand of nails on one hand and three nails on the other, she removed the nails because I requested it. Removal cost $12 I believe and a full set was about $40. In the end I owed her $60, I think this was including the designs on my ring fingers, which I found was reasonable. I tipped her $25 because she was very kind, welcoming and accurate. All of the nails are perfect in length, shape and size. My nails look identical to the picture I showed her for reference, and I could not be happier with the results! At the end, she took a picture of my nails to post on their Instagram, which I can't wait to see! :) You will not regret coming here, they do a great job. read more

Great nail salon!!!! $48 for mani/pedi is reasonable. Very clean and spacious. Johnny did a great job. Very thorough with attention to detail. Not unprofessional like some other local salons where the male staff flirt and act creepy with younger customers. I will be back!!!!! read more

Dishonest? I needed a quick touch up for a professional photo shoot. I asked for a regular manicure, no buffing, no shining. My nails were already as trimmed as they could be. When finished, I asked how much I owed, and the girl who worked on me conversed in another language with (the owner?) who was working on another customer. She then told me $30. Even though very little was done and it took maybe ten minutes, I was still expecting to pay $18 for a "regular manicure" as shown on the price list that they have posted on the wall. I have no idea why I was charged $30 and I didn't argue it, as the communication between me and the employees was difficult. She did put a tiny piece of tissue paper and drop of super glue on a hairline crack in one nail. So if they charged for "nail repair" for that, it should have been only another $3. If I ever have to do this again, I will go elsewhere, as I felt like they just made up a price and took advantage of me because I was a male who didn't frequent nail salons. I changed this rating from one to two stars only because the girl who worked on me was polite and professional. read more

This was my first time here and it was not a great experience. Didn't have plexiglass up like many nail salons have installed due to COVID. Typically, when I have a dip manicure removed, the drill is only used briefly to remove the top layer of my previous dip manicure to then be wrapped in acetone to remove the rest without harming my nails/skin. However, here, the nail tech used to drill to remove nearly every layer of the dip left (drilling parts of my natural nail), and picked and pulled off parts of it causing pain and damage to my nails. I have never had a nail tech try to rip off a dip manicure. I then had to soak my nails directly in the acetone. Not very friendly and didn't give me the shape I had asked for until I asked him to fix it a couple of times. Cuticle care consisted of drilling the edges of my nails (very painful) and no lotion at the end. However, my nails eventually came out nicely and weren't as thick as other salons typically do dip. read more

Terrible experience today. I went in and he told me to pick a color. I picked one and he said "no not that one". Um ok so I picked a new one... "no you need a bright color" then took away the nails I was looking at and put the bright colors in front of me. Then proceeded to pick a color for me anyways. I asked for my nails to be shorter and coffin shaped, he did not shorten them and the coffin shape was so off. When I asked him to file them some more he said "no it looks good this way". Really starting to get ticked at this point. Then he starts with the drill, burning my skin with it- then proceeds to put acetone on it that really makes it burn. The last straw, he said "are you smoking?" When I asked what he meant he said "your finger nails are dirty". Needless to say he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I then walked out of the nail appointment. Will never go back there again, and I suggest you don't either. read more
