We made an appointment for 4 people, 1 full acrylic set and 3 pedicures. K got the acrylic set and went a little early, they took her right away. A, D and I showed up a few minutes later (not late) for our pedicures and it was like they were surprised we were there even thought we had made an appointment. They took some time to get us in which was fine, we took the time to choose our colors. Ya'll, this place is expensive. I had wanted a polish change on my fingers, but that was $25 so I opted not to. $45 for a classic pedicure is not the norm for any other place I have ever been. D (who is male) was told he *had* to get the Gentlemen's pedicure for $55. I got the deluxe which was nice, it was $60 though. A had to wait for someone to take care of her pedicure and she just sat there in lukewarm water for 20 minutes. We all finished roughly at the same time, and A and I were told that it would be 10 minutes until we were dry. K came over while we were waiting and showed us her nails, they came out great. A and I got sprayed with quick dry spray and then about 5 minutes later, the man who did my pedicure started to physically remove us from our chairs. He grabbed my bag (please don't do this!) and started to make us leave. No one was waiting and 10 pedicure chairs were empty so it's not like we were taking up space. Unfortunately, I realized after I walked out that my toenails were actually not dried and got smudged. I did not go back to get it fixed, I had places I needed to be. If I could give this salon 0 stars, I would. I went in last night after work to get a Gel-X manicure. Before my appointment started, I asked a gentleman at the salon how much Gel-X cost, and he told me it would be $55. The technician who did my nails barely communicated with me throughout the service. The only questions she asked were what shape and color I wanted. I also told her that the nails were too long, but she didn't seem to care and continued without making any adjustments. When it came time to choose a color, I asked how many coats she normally applies, and she told me one. However, she ended up applying at least three coats. Once she finished, I told her that I didn't like the color and was unhappy with how long the nails were. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she told me the nails were already dry and that I would have to start over if I wanted a different color. I asked if she could simply remove the color, but she refused and said she had another client coming in that has an appointment. Things got even worse when it was time to pay. The total came to $62.52, even though I had been quoted $55. When I questioned the price, she turned the screen toward me and pointed out an extra charge for "long length" nails. I never asked for long nails--in fact, I specifically mentioned that they were too long. Charging me extra for something I didn't request is unacceptable. Maybe there was a language barrier that caused a miscommunication between the gentleman who assisted me to the technician. I also noticed a $1.52 tax charge. Since New Hampshire does not have a general sales tax on nail services I was confused about why I was being charged tax. I paid in cash, so there shouldn't have been any card processing fees either. It didn't occur to me until the next day, but now I can't help but wonder how many other customers have been charged tax/fees without noticing. Between the poor communication, lack of concern for customer satisfaction, unexpected charges, and disappointing results, this was one of the worst salon experiences I've had. I will never return and would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

requested builder gel and was told I didn't need it. I still requested it. I originally asked for French manicure and the tech said sure. upon completion, it was uneven and messy. I asked for a solid color and the white/my previous color was still showing through. the tech told my my nail shape was too hard to work with. Had a less than great experience with Vivian at Bellavii. I have been here a few times before and had a decent experience, but this will be the last time I come here. I booked a Gel-X fill. When I asked for my nails to be cut much shorter than she was doing, she informed me that my extensions had grown out so much that she couldn't take much off because there wouldn't be anything left to fill. I informed her that was fine, and asked that she just make them as short as she was able to with what she had to work with. After making them shorter, she shoved my hand back at me to check the length. When filling my nails, she was looking through brushes to use out of a box that was labeled "needs to be disinfected". I will give the benefit of the doubt that the tools were in fact clean as the rest of the establishment is very well kept, but still, not a great look. I asked her if for my next appointment she could help me understand the difference between the different types of gel services they offer- she acknowledge my question, ignored it, spoke with her coworkers for 10 minutes, and then asked me "what did you want to do next time?". On my way out, she asked if I found anything wrong with my nails once I got home that she "hopes I'll tell her and come back to give her another try". My nails are bumpy and uneven, the cuticles are flooded and bulky, and I left with gel cured to the skin around my nails. Again, I've been there before and had much better experiences with a few other nail techs, but this experience makes me not want to return. read more

My first visit was excellent, but then they jacked up their prices and when I asked for acrylic nails, the tech insisted on doing gel nails. $95!!!! No designs, just French and they only lasted two and a half weeks before they started snapping. Terrible! read more

I have given this nail salon 2 chances... The first time I told the nail tech, he had grabbed the wrong color and he argued with me that I was wrong and that he knew what color he had picked despite me telling him that the color I chose did not have glitter in it and this one did. He continued to argue with me. This time I decided to give it a second chance and while I had a good customer service experience with a different nail tech who was very kind, less than 24 hours later my nails have already chipped. Walked in for my 10:45 appt and was greeted right away with smiles and sat down in a pedicure chair. The place is beautiful and huge, I love it! The pedicure itself was done by Cindy. She did an amazing job, gave a long relaxing foot and calf massage, and left my nails perfectly shaped and painted! Very kind and professional. Definitely going to be my go to salon :) read more

The facility is clean and the staff was super nice. However, I was disappointed with my dip manicure on my natural nails. The nail tech was quite rough on my cuticle and I was visibly bleeding out two fingers during the appointment. The nail tech apologized and put some oil on to help, saying that I just had really soft skin. It is the next day and I have a cut and irritated nail bed on NINE fingers. My nail beds were fine before/ no issues with hangnails or anything and now it's painful to touch anything. read more

I have been here multiple times, never had an issue...wrote a great review for Vivian, always went back and requested her, referred multiple people here, always tipped and never complained, ever. The people I was referring kept telling me that they hard really poor experiences when I sent them which I would be super confused by and then defend Bellavi and say "I'm so sorry I have not had a bad experience there yet!" Well today I was made fully aware why my friends I referred had poor experiences. I booked an appointment as usual with Vivian for 1:05PM. I got there at 1:03PM. When I got there Vivian was still working on another customer, no big deal, sometimes appointments run late, I get it. I waited patiently and let them no it was no biggie when they said Vivian would be right with me. 15 minutes into my appointment time Vivian comes over to grab me and still is not done with the other customer. She rushes to get my previous gel extensions off and puts nail polish remover and aluminum foil on my fingers to soak the old nails off and tells me she'll be with me shortly after finishing up with the other customer. So I set letting my nails soak, still fine and being extremely patient with my already rushed and late appointment start. Vivian finished with the customer and next thing I know a different customer is sat at her table instead of me. Vivian then tells me "oh I'm just gonna do French manicure on her real quick while your old nails soak off and then I'll be right with you." Okay....at this point my nails have been soaking for over 20 minutes but OKAY, still waited patiently and did not complain as I am not someone who usually does. Fast forward to 1 hour and 10 minutes into my appointment I am still sitting with aluminum foil on my finger tips next to. Vivian doing this other girls nails that clearly were not "just a quick French manicure." I am HEATED at this point but remained calm. Finally another nail tech comes over and tells me that he will start my nails while Vivian finished up. At this point we are over an hour and 15 minutes into my appointment start time. So I tell him "forget the gel extensions I wanted just do gel on my natural nails but if we can do a few coats to make it a bit stronger and not super bendy since I can't get the gel extensions." He tells me he is putting gel builder on me nails which will make it tougher. I then see Vivian finish up with the customer who they singlehandedly allowed to hijack my PRE-BOOKED APPOINTMENT. Vivian then disappears to the pedicure section of the salon and does not come back even though I SPECIFICALLY BOOKED WITH HER. The guy doing my nails then tells me he will "quickly finish my nails" then goes back and forth with me and another customer all while RUSHING through my nails and honestly they look terrible because he rushed. I asked for short almond, they are all different lengths and shapes and crooked. I am convinced now that when I go to pay I am 100% telling them this was a super unacceptable experience and I am NOT happy but I waited to see if after ALL of this they would discount my appointment on their own AS THEY SHOULD HAVE for not only NOT having my appointment with the tech I specifically booked with but also making me wait over an hour until they even started my nails and then rushing through mine. Sure enough, I get up to pay and NO DISCOUNT. So now I'm pissed. I calmly tell the woman checking me out that I don't think I should have to pay full price and how it was unacceptable everything that happened and TOLD HER what happened. She still charges me full price, pats my shoulder, says "sorry" and that's that. Also it's after 3PM and I am just now leaving for an appointment that was supposed to be over by 2:25PM WITH EXTENSIONS...I will literally never be back. I had multiple friends tell me they tried booking with Vivian because of my recommendation and every time they were out with someone else go wasn't Vivian even though they booked and requested ahead of time. Place is a joke. Do not go here unless you want everything you ask for to be ignored and then pay full price for horrible experiences. read more

Went in this morning for a pedicure and OMG best pedicure I have ever had, thanks Tom! I am extremely ticklish and I let Tom know and he was so great and I was so relaxed and didn't have any problems with being over tickled (which is usually my issue when getting pedicures). The chairs are extremely comfortable and I enjoyed the massage feature (which I don't ever use). Most relaxing experience I've had in a long time and much needed! Also loved that they have nice relaxing music playing and no TV's. 10/10 would recommend and will be back very soon! read more

I have only been here twice. The first time was great, 2nd time not so much. The girl cut my nails too short first off. Then 2 colors I wanted they didnt have.I wanted a dark sparkly blue. I asked if they could do dark blue and then sparkle over it and they said no. I choose a red this time and it was very light and pink. I asked if she was going to do two coats and she said no. I finally chose another color that I didnt really like but was starting to feel anxious so just picked it. She then did two coats with that color. I was trying to match my nails to my pool teams shirt. We are going to Vegas next week for nationals. When I showed them the design I wanted they laughed in my face and said they couldn't do that. It was a pool ball with wings. I asked if they could just do the pool ball and he said no. Allegedly he was their nail design guy but I dont believe it. I think the nail design person wasnt there. I even offered to come back later but they insisted he was the guy. I finally refused the design altogether. I should have left when the original color of dark sparkly blue wasnt available. Very disappointing experience. I guess if you want something basic, they are good, but dont go there expecting any kind of design even though the website boasts about design experience. I wont go there again. I am going to have my friend do a design instead. read more

The staff were very friendly, the shop was impeccably clean, and my manicure came out exactly as I asked for. Liam did a wonderful job, checking in regularly with me to make sure I was happy with the progress- and wasn't at all put out when I asked to have one nail retouched to satisfy my ocd about the shape. Had my first visit for an acrylic fill 2 weeks ago. My technician Liam said I needed a new set. He wanted to pry my nails off. I said no ; he soaked them off. I was cut 3 times during my appointment . He said it was my fault because my fingers were stiff. He then was insulted that I questioned him on my service price, since I was supposed to have a booking discount! The nails were not even,thick and the underneath was not finished. She was so done with complaining. not one of them spoke English. They had no idea what they were doing. Please take the lady standing outside of here asking "pedicure for you" with nobody else in the salon mid day a red flag. This place looks beautiful, expensive inside. Once you get in the chair, and don't pick a package over $50, forget it. You minus well run then. The lady who I had was rough (leaving indents on my skin when shed touch me), continued to pick my skin until it bled despite my efforts to tell her to STOP and there was no complimentary anything - no offers for water, I asked if they had a charger so I could charge my phone while my feet were dinged at so I could use Apple Pay at the end and the workers pretended to speak zero English. "No , no we don't charge nothing for customers". Please, do yourself the favor and go anywhere but here. Don't fall for the "pretty aestethics" unless you wanna come out bleeding and not heard and 60+ dollars poorer. Bad bad place, needs to be shut down. read more

Went for a manicure. Not one person spoke English. The "sterile" instruments were not sterilized (only sealed into the pouches, without actual sterilization - there is an indicator on the pouch if the instruments have actually gone through the process). The "massage" was feeble, at best. I am not convinced the people who work there have any aesthetician license's. Truly disappointing. Was hoping for a nice place to go to for manicures or pedicures. This is NOT it. Will stick with a real spa next time. read more
