This Urgent Care location refused to see us. They said they could not verify my insurance (their issue) and refused to let me pay cash because they "get audited". I filled out all the paperwork and waited only to be turned away. I'm not sure if that is even legal to refuse urgent care to someone in need. I don't recommend this facility. Don't support a business that treats people like crap when they are supposed to be in the business of healing and helping others. read more

This place is literally ridiculous. I walked in to have my two sons seen at 10:14 am. There were only two people in front of me and no patients in the back. It is not 12:01 and my sons still haven't been seen. It is like this all the time here. Service is terrible. Every time I come here they don't have my children's information on file. We constantly have to fill out the same paperwork. It should not take 2-4 hours to be seen. If that was the case I'd go to the emergency room. Don't come here unless you would like to spend your entire day in this office. However the Doctor himself was excellent and funny. Made the wait a lot better. read more

We don't want our patients emailing us!!!!! This is what they told me today. They won't give their email out. hahahah. Every time I go here, i'm suprised at just how bad their bedside manner is. Terrible process, terrible policies and they treat people poorly - Too bad we get sick and have to go to places like this. Rather than letting me email them a form (while I was standing in front of their office) I had to drive all the way home, print it and then come back. They knew what the form was. When I returned with the form they told me that they didn't have a doctor in today that could complete the form....... Um... What? They couldn't have mentioned this before making me drive 1/2 hour back and forth. Simply terrible customer service. The worst. read more

The office was super clean with several air purifiers placed throughout. The front desk was super friendly and got us our paperwork right away. My spouse and I had the same sickness. The nurse practitioner was awesome. Great attitude and informative. She gave us each prescriptions based on the person's severity. Only took an hour and a half total and we were back home with our prescriptions. read more

Came here and was the first patient on a Saturday morning. Within the hour I was heading back home. I would say that's not too bad. I did not see any disorganization among the staff like I had read earlier. The young woman in the front seemed very efficient and the young gentleman who took my vitals, I thought was friendly and caring. The doctor on staff made a diagnosis (strep), which I had suspected. Overall I left feeling no worse than when I had arrived. Tv was a little loud. If I came in with a headache I can see how that would have really bothered me. read more

Excellent. Efficient. Competent. Visited Monday around 11 am. Short (less than 15 min wait time). Dr fixed up my ear problem/ infection, was very through and I left with my prescriptions for antibiotics. I had been to a different Urgent Care on Sunday, but the Dr there forgot to call in my prescription (iCare Urgent Care = incompetent) so I had to go back to an Urgent Care on Monday for the same Ear infection. Worst service and patient communication ever! I took my granddaughter of whom I'm also a guardian. The reason of my visit was to get a rapid COVID-19 test. Her school had recommended. The girl at the greeter/check in desk, hand me some paperwork to complete, she said it was all needed since there was no insurance used because the fee for this type of test isn't cover by insurance. later her name was called to approach the window at the check in desk by Adrianna Wallete, who is also the person who administer the COVID test, and she asked for my granddaughter's mom or dad's name. I was surprised for the question so we gave her the name. she never explained the reason of why she needed that information. She wrote my daughter's name in a yellow sticky and and asked for the test payment so I handed my debit card and paid for it. she walked away, and the girl at the check in window asked us to "have a sit till her name gets call" so we did. Her name was called a few minuets later and we were taken to a room were the test would take place, at this point Adrianna handed me a receipt of proof of payment, when I looked at the receipt, I asked; "why is it that my daughter's name shows as the one paying for this?" She said it's because she's the mother and I was added in the paperwork as the 2nd person and she as the primary. I said; "why is it? I'm the grandma/guardian and no insurance has been used I'm paying out of packet for this" She said do you have her guardianship paperwork? I said, its at home and if it was needed why you didn't asked for it prior to process her payment? I went and explained to her how earlier in the day I had gone to the 24-hr Urgent care in Winchester and Jefferson to take my grandson and and none of this none-cense issues came up. It was the same scenario just a different location. I was so angry at his person for her incompetent service. She was so quick to take my money, that's for sure! and at this point she didn't care were the money came from. And, to have the nerve to hand me a receipt that said the "funds received" came from my daughter??!! instead of me!! Really??!! I totally believe I was paying with my own money for a service that its completely over charged to began with. This person really needs some proper training. Please give her the correct training!!! so other patients don't have to go through this craziness!!! I can only said, I will not ever put a foot on this location, If I ever need Urgent care services I will go back to the 24-Hr Urgent care by Winchester and Jefferson that's for sure. I rather drive a few miles longer and get better service. This place is a total disappointment. I just reviewed Emma's comment on 03/24/21 and totally understand her angry and frustration, and I agree that a zero stars would be a much better qualification, that's for sure!! read more

I was there first thing in the morning and was seen very quickly. The Dr. Was very thorough and was quick to diagnose my problem and see that I was given the prescriptions necessary to help me. In less than an hour I was heading to the pharmacy to pick it up. I recommend this urgent care. read more

Our 3 year old daughter had been playing in a little pool for an hour, the Sunday before 4th of July. Once we got her inside she was complaining that her ear hurt. She was miserable. So at 4Pm we drove to this UC (they close at 5). It was empty, which i had never experienced at an UC before. The front staff was super nice. We got called back, and received treatment within minutes. The Dr was super polite, and she explained everything to us (this was our first ear infection). She answered all my questions, and even told us we could stay and use the room (I was nursing our baby). We were in and out within 20 minutes. Some may not like that, but for us, with two kids, it was awesome. read more

I did not have the best experience here. The nurse who took my vitals, he was very sweet, also the lady who checked me in was great. The doctor was horrible I believe it was doctor Nyugen. She was very quick, rude, and didn't want to hear any questions that I had to ask. I didn't expect her to take very long with me, as they are a busy urgent care, but my visit was less than 5 minutes. When I did have a questions she answered it very abruptly and was very short with her answers. I hope I just caught her on a bad day, because this is the profession she chose and she should act like she wants to help people. I mean she is a doctor. Her attitude was horrible, and when you are helping people who already feel horribly sick they shouldn't have to deal with a snarky doctor. Just a word of advice to the doctor! I also needed a doctors note for my visit the woman who signed my doctors note was just as rude as the doctor. I tried to make small talk with her, even though I was feeling horrible with a fever and strep throat, she was not polite or neighborly at all! read more

New Year's Day I spent here as my youngest had a high fever and was screaming in pain. This was the only urgent care open in the area, of course they did not take my insurance so I paid $129 out of pocket for my baby to be seen. We waited 2.5 hours and we're finally taken back (after their 3pm closing time), the nurse and PA were annoyed that my 15 month old was fussy and didn't want them messing with him because he didn't feel good! Well no more then 5 min went by and we were on our way, no thorough exam just an ok he has an ear infection her is a Rx. The next day I stayed home just not feeling right about how high my son's fevers were still and how he was still hurting. I decided to take him to his pediatrician and to find out no ear infection but he was having headaches and had the flu, but now at this point was too late to treat. Not only did I get an incorrect diagnosis but I received a bill from them requesting more money for the time the PA spent with my kid. Ridiculous! I went in on a Tuesday afternoon after injuring my great toe, resulting in the nail needing to be removed. My wait time was less than 15 minutes and everyone who took care of me provided exceptional care! The entire process from vitals, to numbing injections, and removal took about 30 minutes and I was out of there with no pain. Extremely happy with this result! read more

The MA/ receptionists were sweet, but something about the doctor made me feel unsettled about my visit. I came in for numbness and all she could tell me to do was drink water and basically hope feeling returns. Not even referring me to a location for scanning, give me a splint to stabilize, nor really examine the injury. I feel very unresolved after my visit here. read more

I haven't been here for a few years and as I came up to the front to sign in I was not greeted at all or welcomed with a happy face. She was a Filipino woman (I did not get her name) I am in the location on technology drive. Someone needs to tell this lady how to be a proper receptionist or find a different job. Coming in here very sick and not taken care of upfront properly is a big problem and someone needs to take action or I will go further with this. She is extremely rude and very unapproachable. Sadly, this place gets a very bad rap due to the rude and unsympathetic office staff. The last time I was there, I waited OVER AN HOUR to be seen when I was dead sick with the flu, only to be very rudely informed that I needed to go to my primary doctor. The office staff is probably the primary reason this place gets bad reviews. However, their doctors are polar opposites of the office staff. The doctors are amazing, caring and compassionate practicioners. ALL of the doctors I have seen there in the past decade have always been informative, caring and compassionate. Dr. Kimes was an unexpected treasure. If you can overlook the nasty people manning the front desk, you will find outstanding doctors and nurses. read more

This place is alright in my book. I took advantage of their online sign in, and after filling out my paperwork was in and out in less than half an hour. Everyone from the receptionist to the PA that saw me were incredibly polite and professional. They also gave me a few lists of some local docs so I can try to find a GCP instead of having to cruise to the urgent care center every time i've got something wrong with me. The potholes in the asphalt driveway of Temecula's Healthpoint office are massive and need repair. Every time I try to enter the physical therapy parking lot I cringe over the abuse of my tires. It doesn't take much to fix a few potholes. It should be a write off for maintenance. If Healthpoint can fix a broken body part it should be able to figure out how to fix a pothole and asphalt crack. uTube gives great do it yourself advise for maintenance. Call the landlord and ask for tender loving asphalt care! The doctors are wonderful but the maintenance department is slipping on their duty! read more

I would give it five stars because they have a very nice clean office great doctors and PAs it's efficient and I really like it, however the receptionists have no respect or regard for other people's PRIVACY . If you have a UTI or yeast infection be prepared to tell the receptionist and everyone in the waiting room If you say it's personal be prepared to be snapped at and told well you have to tell someone. They should allow you to write it down or have some way of not letting the whole waiting room know what your issue is. I think all the receptionists need to have a talking to. read more

Rudest person I could ever encounter in the medical industry. I came in because of respiratory issues and only because I can't get an appointment with my primary doctor right away. REBEKA the receptionist is super RUDE. I was advised by the doctor to take COVID test. They gave me a doctors note as requested. Since my employer was asking specifics written on the note I went back in to asked them to changed it. REBEKA then told me that the COVID test is recommended and I don't have to get it. She even told me that they can just throw it away and not send to the lab. I was only asking to add on the note that the doctor recommended the test and she made it a big deal. Told me about throwing it and it's my body and I don't need to do what the doctor said. What an experience... stay away from this office. REBEKA should probably changed job. Somewhere where dealing with people is not needed. read more

I was surprised by all of the negative reviews. I had previously been to the A+ Urgent Care on Kalmia in Murrieta and it was great. However, the A+ Urgent Care on Technology Drive was right across the street, so I ignored the bad reviews, checked in on the Web Site first thing in the morning, immediately got my text that I was next and headed across the street. The receptionist and other staff warmly greeted me. They were friendly & professional and provided me with the usual paperwork. After completing the paperwork, I was immediately called in. Got my vitals checked by the friendly nurse. (Ask what they are!) Shortly thereafter, the physician came in and spent more time with me & thoroughly explained my condition, better than any doctor I have ever had. The Physician was fabulous and the web check in is wonderful. I highly recommend A+ Urgent Care on Technology Drive. Now addressing all of the negative reviews. Most complained about long waits. Hello! This is pretty much the case with ALL doctors' offices. Here is a secret, but don't tell anyone: Make an appointment (if they have them) or arrive EARLY in the morning or afternoon. You are much more likely to get right in with an 8:00am or 1:00pm time rather than an 11:00am or 4:00pm time. And, if they have it, use the web reservation / check-in service. This place was clean and the medical assistants were very welcoming. Fidelino Amargo was especially great! He was able to help me as fast as possible but also took the time to explain and educate me more on the medical issue I had. So I have been here once before, and I was not pleased. The staff was rude and seemed very preoccupied with gossip and the pizza they were having for lunch. When you have the flu the last thing you want to see/smell is a giant pizza. It took about 2 hours (understandable because it was busy) but once I was finished with doctor the lady at the front said they will give me a call back with my results. Nope never heard from them. I had to call and they said they would have the doctor call me back. I never heard back from the doctor and a week later I was feeling better no thanks to them Well here I am again( my mistake) I've been waiting 2 hours( again it is very busy so I understand). But here is my issue. They allow people to wait in their car. And they just call their name until the patient decides to come and check back in. They wait about 10 min and try calling the name again. EXCUSE ME?!?! It is not my problem if Danielle wants to wait in her car? I have been sitting in this stupid plastic chair for hours. If she isn't present when her name is called you move her to the end of the list. Waiting for Danielle added 30 min to my overall wait. Please please please do not go here. This place allowed a nurse to try and force my 11 year old daughter to take a shot in a different area then the doctor told her. When my husband advised the nurse to do the shot in the butt like the doctor said, the nurse started yelling at my daughter to turn around and was going to give my daughter the shot in the butt forced my daughter pants down as my child scream stop please don't. My husband had to to tell her stop and get up to my child as she then yelled at my child no sit down I'm going to give you this shot. Mind you she was there for a horrible migraine and now my daughter is traumatized. When tried to tell the doctor about what happen he didn't want to believe a patients word over his staff and now my daughter is traumatized. Please go to any other urgent care this chain is horrible. Just visited this location. I have been here several times in the past year and a half for both my daughter and myself and have always had a great experience. Waiting room is clean and has a TV (usually plays HGTV channel); staff is always polite, friendly, and helpful; and the wait times have always been very reasonable. I seem to always get here at the right time since I wait less than 1.5 hours (usually 30 minutes or less). Came in today to check on a cough/sore throat I have had for 2 weeks and both the assistant and Dr. Shubhangi were very kind and efficient. I like that the doctor recommended some homeopathic remedies I haven't tried yet (steam, salt water gargle) as well as some medicine that would help me kick this cough or ease it. They are close to my home, accept my insurance, and billing has always been easy and straight-forward. Great work here, team. Keep it up. read more

This place is great. We were in and out within 45 minutes and everyone we dealt with was very nice and understanding. My only complaint is the guy who came in to check my daughters heart and temperature smelled like an ash tray. I don't think that a nurse or a doctor should stink like cigarettes. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. After calling their phone, I was hopeful that the team at this urgent care would take care of me since the employee on the phone was very kind and helpful. However, I quickly discovered this was an act. The first thing I saw when I walk in is that one of the nurses is not wearing a mask, yet they tried to tell me my boyfriend could not stay with me, even though I was having blackouts, due to COVID. I explained my situation and they eventually let him stay with me. I was the only patient in their urgent care and it felt as if I was an inconvenience to their day. My initial reason of going in was that I believed I had a kidney infection. My cousin, who is a nurse, told me that I should expect for them to feel my back and give me an injection to help with my infection. The doctor that came in to see me did not even touch my back or offer an injection. I was in extreme pain and she said she would get me on antibiotics. At this point I am thinking my infection must not be that serious if the doctor isn't concerned about my back pain in the slightest. The doctor said she would send my prescription to the Walgreens down the road and it should be ready soon. When I got to Walgreens, they said there was no antibiotics ordered for me in their system. They thought maybe it hadn't processed yet and said to call back in an hour. So I went home and did just that. When I called back, there was still no prescription for me in their system and I had left the urgent care over 90 minutes ago AND was the only patient in their care the entire time I was there. This was at 8:15PM and the urgent care had closed at 8PM. They did not send my prescription over to the pharmacy at all, and now I cannot contact them until 10AM when they reopen! So here I am at 8:15PM in excruciating pain and these doctors and nurses at this urgent care did not care about me at all to even send my prescription through to the pharmacy. So, my boyfriend loads me into the car and takes me to a different urgent care. The doctor at the other urgent care immediately felt my back and gave me the injection my cousin had told me about. She explained that I had a serious kidney infection and that they were very concerned about me going into septic shock. Do yourself a favor and go to Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care on Winchester instead of this place. The doctors and nurses at this place should be ashamed of themselves and need to change their name because they are far from "A plus." I will never come here again. read more
