There were a couple service companies that either had other calls or did not want to tow us the 80 miles. I can't say enough good things about Hensley's towing and recovery out of Bucyrus, Ohio. Once they received our info which actually came from the Ohio State Patrol, they reached us within 30 minutes. Jim, the tow driver, was awesome and helped immediately and got our vehicle back home. I really appreciate the service that Hensley's gave and the willingness to tow our vehicle the 80 miles on a Sunday evening when other companies bailed out.

The owner was suppossed to meet my husband to get him set up with a U-Haul this morning at 9:00am…read more My husband showed up just before 9:00am and waited until 9:45am. He called the towing dispatch to see if they could get ahold of the ownder to find out where he was or what was going on. The dispatcher sent him text messages and called him and said she could tell that he read the messages but he never responded and never called my husband back. I called the towing dispatch again around 11:00am and the lady said she would have thought that the owner would have contacted my husband, so she sent him another message. As if moving were not stressful enough, we have to add this to the frustration. We had people lined up to help us load the trailer and still had to pay them because they showed up even though we had no trailer to load. This is total crap!! U-haul cancelled our reservaation and gave us a $50 credit. Whoopie!!! That does not even cover what we had to pay the people to help us load the trailer. Now our moving is postponed and the people we had lined up to help us are not available. Thanks for making an already stressful event even more stressful!!! This is a total lack of customer service and a total blow to our moving plans. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
