They are painting the exterior of our house today, and noticed that they even covered the ground around the house which I have never seen before. None of our previous painters did this. I wrote a review about this company after they first did work for me, but for some reason it's no longer here, so I'll post another one. If you are looking for someone who listens to what you want and has no problem complying and doing a great job as well as doing it quickly and not making you wait a long time before starting the job, this is who you want to call. Oh, and the price was also less than anyone else's bid. They also cleaned up their mess before leaving the job each day and at the end. My husband was never the easiest man to work for, and was always adding on extra things for them to do, and Armando was always very gracious about trying to work with him. I first used A Reliable Painter (Armando and his employees) for the high wall areas in my DR & hallway. I had no desire to paint areas that are about 18' high! Armando also helped me repair an area on my wall where I did a poor job patching and texturing. I was very happy with their work and their price was fair. Being that I was very pleased with the first project, today I used them to paint my chimney. He agreed to first repair some minor cracks in the crown & on the brick. Again, they did a very good job. The just left my house a few hours ago. Normally, I don't write reviews, however these guys did such an outstanding job that I had to add another 5 star review. The painted the eaves and facia board on my house. They started off with a power wash and then went to scraping patching and sanding. Everyone that paints knows its all in the preparation. They spent the first day and a half just with the prep and masking. The even wrapped my neighbors car to protect it. The finished product took two days and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Honestly, my husband and I are blown away with the beautiful job this company did on our kitchen. Armando and Jennifer are so easy to work with and run a very professional operation. They were wonderful about communicating all throughout the project and since rain caused a slower drying schedule, they kept us in the loop the whole way through. They were able to work around us, as we were living in the house during construction and painting. The house looks amazing! But more than that Armando was very professional and personable. I hired A Reliable Painter first to fix a 12x15inch hole in drywall in laundry room. Armando did the work and was meticulous about cleaning up. You can't see any trace of hole. I then contracted with them to repair about 30 cracks in plaster walls. The wood floor were completely covered, sconces on walls were covered. All prep work was excellent. The cracks were prepared, filled with silicone, taped, plastered and the room finally professionally painted. Armando conducted himself in a most professional manner, as did his brother, Luis. I had a great experience with Armando and his crew! When putting the initial quote together for the paintwork at my condo, Armando wrote everything out on paper so that we would be on the same page for the entire project. After getting quotes from other paint shops, I saw that Armando's was the most reasonable. Less than a week later, he and his crew showed up to the condo early and were able to start work right away. They were careful to cover any items that could potentially get paint on them beforehand, they did a great job with the painting, and they cleaned up and packed their stuff 2 days later when the job was done.
