We did a kitchen/laundry/bathroom remodel with Diamond Painting OC and are very satisfied customers. Given their name, I wasn't aware that they did work beyond painting. From the design stage all the way to completion, they worked with us every step of the way. My taste is simple and classic, and I don't have a design eye. That's where Daniel's expertise shined. He helped throughout the process, meeting me at every showroom to choose flooring, countertops, and cabinetry. He made sure I was comfortable with every decision and provided his input, also helping down to the details of choosing hardware and appliances. Yes, there is the option to shop around and do it on your own, but I needed help, and Daniel was more than willing in addition to being very accommodating. I called around and received three proposals and decided on Daniel. To be honest, I am not very hands and don't really have much knowledge about painting in general but was surprised that all three proposals recommended same type of paint for all the exterior walls on my lot. The reason why I picked Daniel was because of his more in-depth detail on what he was going to do. He provided a power wash first, then patch and caulking work, and then paint. I had my iron metal gate repainted and garage door, etc - essentially everything. My metal gate is only two years old and there is plenty of rust and he explained to my how a primer and aristoshield paint will make it last for a long long time. At the end of the day, Daniel's price was not the cheapest but I just had the feeling that he should be my guy so I went with him. In terms of working with Daniel, he is super responsive on the phone and that is great. However, I think his secret is Andres. He is the project manager and he and two other gentlemen were there all day for five days. They were detailed oriented and took care of everything. Andres was responsive and answered any questions I had while he was working on my house. More importantly, my wife felt comfortable with them working on the house. At the end of the day, I am super happy with the outcome and the attention to detail. I am happy to have found Daniel's team to help me out.
