From the design stage all the way to completion, they worked with us every step of the way. My taste is simple and classic, and I don't have a design eye. That's where Daniel's expertise shined. He helped throughout the process, meeting me at every showroom to choose flooring, countertops, and cabinetry. I called around and received three proposals and decided on Daniel. To be honest, I am not very hands and don't really have much knowledge about painting in general but was surprised that all three proposals recommended same type of paint for all the exterior walls on my lot. The reason why I picked Daniel was because of his more in-depth detail on what he was going to do. He provided a power wash first, then patch and caulking work, and then paint. I had my iron metal gate repainted and garage door, etc - essentially everything. My metal gate is only two years old and there is plenty of rust and he explained to my how a primer and aristoshield paint will make it last for a long long time. At the end of the day, Daniel's price was not the cheapest but I just had the feeling that he should be my guy so I went with him. In terms of working with Daniel, he is super responsive on the phone and that is great. However, I think his secret is Andres. He is the project manager and he and two other gentlemen were there all day for five days. They were detailed oriented and took care of everything. Andres was responsive and answered any questions I had while he was working on my house. More importantly, my wife felt comfortable with them working on the house. At the end of the day, I am super happy with the outcome and the attention to detail. I am happy to have found Daniel's team to help me out. The timeline was roughly one month from proposal to getting on his schedule and getting the job done but it was well worth the minor wait. read more

Daniel came to my house the next day after I called interested in getting my deck sanded and stained, as it was peeling very bad from the previous owner not taking care of it. He gave me a very competitive price, asked me what would fit into my budget and was very understanding. His team did a great job, the told me 3 days but were able to complete the job in two days. They tarp and taped off all my patio furniture and it wasn't dirty from the power washing and sanding they did. Cleaned off the concrete with the power washer and it looked better than when they got their. My family and friends were very impressed with the finished product and so was my wife.
