When my parents needed new gutters installed, we didn't know where to begin. I searched on Yelp and came across so many different companies, including Omar's. He had a large number of good reviews, but I didn't want to base my decision solely on that. What stood out to me was a photo of Omar with a customer--he genuinely seemed trustworthy. I decided to go with my instincts, and I'm so glad I did. Omar and Heather are both very down-to-earth, and Omar is extremely knowledgeable about gutter systems. He takes his time, explains everything thoroughly, and never rushes the process. He's also very courteous and professional, which made the entire experience stress-free. They also never once asked me to leave a positive review, which is very rare these days. I'm writing this review completely voluntarily and am genuinely happy to do so! We're very happy with the service he provided for my parents' home, and we would confidently recommend Omar to anyone in need of gutter-related services.

Vincent is that kind of honorable person. It's refreshing to meet someone like me. Someone who would rather be honest and do good work. He walked me through the specific technical constraints of gutters in home with certain decorative features such as line and recommended against doing them until I do my roof. He was super on top of it, picking up at almost 7pm and looking over photos and calling back. That shows me he has drive in addition to honesty. If you hire the wrong person for a job like mine you're gonna end up with holes and water intrusion. He was able to manufacture the gutters onsite with no seams and even painted inside the gutters to hide the original aluminum color. The price came in a bit cheaper than some other quotes I received but what really sold me was Sam! He called out all the potential issues well in advance and we tackled them together to come up with a solution that looks great and avoids and standing water! Pricing - Very transparent and prices very fair. Free quote. 2 floor home with 3 downspouts about $2.5k total. 10% down before job and full payment upon completion. Quote and breakdown of prices are communicated via email with clear description of prices. Customer Service - From estimate to actual installation they are very professional and listen to my concerns and provide their recommendation. They have plenty of choices and colors to match our outer wall and trim. Installation - The installation took about 4-5 hours total. Adequate number of crew. Have good safety practices. Made sure that the downspouts are pointed away and flow away from my house. No trash left over or did not use my garbage cans. Final thought - Include them when doing your estimate. They will earn your business. Very satisfactory work. Haven't rain yet but I will follow up with this review when that happens.

The assessor/estimator Chasen was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We asked for both a quote for repairs and replacement. We ended up going for the full replacement. The team that came to remove the old gutters (led by Miguel) did a great job and even cleaned up spotlessly. They were professional and treated our property as if it were their own. Miguel was professional, friendly, and detailed-oriented. Then the installation team (led by one of the owners Samuel) came right after on the same day and finished an impeccable installation. A lot of people (like myself at first lol), think gutters are just a simple add-on, but after dealing with overflowing water during these recent storms, staining on the siding, and water pooling near the foundation, we realized how critical they really are. We spent a lot of time researching before choosing this company, and I'm glad we did. From the very beginning, they took the time to really walk us through everything. They inspected the home and how water was moving across the roofline and off the house. What stood out immediately was his expertise and knowledge of the sheet metal trade. One of our biggest concerns going into the project was durability and long-term performance. We didn't want something that would just work for a couple of years and then start sagging, overflowing, or leaking. They discussed several material options with us, but also spent time explaining the advantages of copper gutters. I really appreciated that they weren't pushy about it, they simply explained the pros and cons. The copper option was fascinating to learn about. Not only does copper have an incredible lifespan compared to other materials, but it also develops that classic patina over time which actually protects the metal while giving the house a really beautiful look. We had always noticed copper gutters on older high-end homes and historic properties but never realized how functional they are as well. They explained that copper resists corrosion extremely well and, when installed properly, can last decades longer than typical gutter systems. It was a no brainer and the copper is what we decided to move forward with. I really appreciated the fact that they treated the project like a long-term solution rather than a quick installation. The finished result looks fantastic. The gutters blend well with the house and, most importantly, they actually work the way they should. During the last rainstorm we had, the water flowed smoothly through the system with no issues whatsoever. Overall, if someone is looking for a gutter company that actually understands drainage, installation quality, and material options (including higher-end systems like copper), I would absolutely recommend Brent and his team. They were professional, patient in explaining everything, and focused on making sure the gutter system protects the home for the long run rather than just installing something quick and moving on. He was also very patient in helping talk through my concerns before the visit and explaining everything in a clear, helpful way, which made learning a new system much less stressful. After waiting without receiving anything, I followed up with Arturo by text and was told that he would send the quote later that day. Four days passed, and I still did not receive the written estimate or any update. I sent another follow-up message and received no response at all. The only positive part of my experience was communicating with their staff, Abigail. The person responding to my texts, who I believe was Abigail, was responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to the company's main number. Unfortunately, despite her responsiveness, I still had difficulty getting the information I needed from the technician assigned to my project. I understand that delays can happen, but timely communication and following through on commitments are important. Based on my experience, I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and would encourage the company to improve communication between their technicians and potential customers.
