Some of the best work is the work you stop noticing. Felipe with Global Painting did several projects for me, and what impressed me most was his ability to make new work look like it had always been there. After having a new 200-amp electrical meter installed, the exterior stucco had to be repaired and painted. Matching existing exterior paint and stucco is one of those jobs that can go very wrong very quickly. Felipe nailed the color match. Looking at the finished wall, you would be hard-pressed to tell where the new work begins and the original finish ends. Inside, he painted the new baseboards and trim throughout the areas that had been worked on, giving everything a clean, finished appearance. He also painted the barn door leading into my downstairs half bath, and it came out excellent. The white finish is clean and consistent and really completes the look of the door. What I appreciate is that none of these were necessarily huge projects individually, but Felipe treated the details like they mattered. Clean lines, good coverage, excellent color matching and a finished product that actually looks finished. That's usually how I judge craftsmanship: if I have to point out where the repair was made, you did your job right. Felipe did exactly that. Felipe and his team did a fantastic job. I stepped through my ceiling in the attic and needed it repaired. I decided to also have the popcorn smoothed out since I'm not a fan of the look. Felipe came by the same day and gave me an estimate and time it would take. The price was fair and he stuck to his time duration. After an hour or so , I decided to texted him to see if he was coming or not but he never responded. I gave him a call after 1.5 hours later but nothing. Basically, ghosting potential customers if the job is small. That's unprofessional. He wasted my time and the fact that my address was released to him...makes me question his professional manner. Our new house needed a new exterior paint job. We talked to A LOT of painters, got lots of estimates, some completely blew us off after coming out, and some had months long waits. Global Painting and Felipe were the exception. Felipe contacted me the same day and came out the next day on time to walk through the job. I can't tell you how many painters said Xpm then arrived an hour or two later. My job was a little different because there was a horrible previous stucco job that had been painted over quickly and poorly that needed to be dealt with. I also needed some ugly shutters and moulding removed and the mystery underneath fixed. Some painters told me it would be multiple different tradesmen and I'd have to coordinate that and that's the last thing I wanted to do. Felipe assured me he would coordinate the job from beginning to end. 2 days later I received a very competitive bid and we agreed to start the work in 3 weeks but actually we're able to start a little earlier. Felipe and his dad were efficient, very personable, hardworking, and answered my many questions and concerns. Jose, the stucco tradesman, was a magician. During our final walkthrough we had a few touch up things here and there as to be expected and Felipe resolved them quickly and with no issues. The neighbors have been very complimentary of the curb appeal and we could not be happier from where we started to the final project. I have a problem with the water leak and plumber cut our drywall and they did not responsible for patching this wall. So, I have to look up someone to help and I have found Global Painting from the Yelp. I saw someone give Felippe (Global Painting) a good reveiw about patching and fixing the drywall. So, then I try to call and ask him about the quote. He gave me the price for patching and texture without paint. If paint it will be additional cost. I have decided to let him work this job for me and i choose an option for patching and texture without paint. But when after he was finished patching and texture the wall, he was help to install my little baseboard on that wall and touch up the paint a little bit on baseboard and the door jamb which next to the fixing drywall area to make sure that his work will be completely look nice when it was turn out for the customer. I found Felipe through yelp as I was looking to have my ceiling patched up. He responded promptly and reasonably priced out the ceiling patch up along with installing a light fixture. Day of repair, he showed up with another gentleman and went to work. He did an incredible job with the patch and even did the texture work. Only thing I had to do extra, was paint the ceiling. But honestly, his work so good- you'd really have to stare at the ceiling to notice it was patched up.
