So I paid $189 for a diagnostic then was going to be charged for a $1,900 service that had nothing to do with my car trying to cut off. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I called. I was told my service tech no longer worked there. I told the lady on the phone, "that's your problem not mine." So then I got a new service tech who repeatedly mislead me, missed deadlines, never retuned calls. What's more, I told him I had an aftermarket grill panel and was told that State Farm would only pay for Ford stock items. So I told him, I had the original chrome Ford grill out in my garage and they could use that one and I dropped it off. He asked if they should compare my old grill to the one they were ordering from a used parts house and I said NO. When I came to finally pick up my truck they had used the new used grill anyway. The cost was only $288, and since I had waited 6 weeks for my truck I just decided to take it anyway. Then a few days later I get a final estimate from State Farm and that $288 grill now cost $950!!!!!! Are you kidding me? It's plastic and I plan to remove it anyway and replace with the aftermarket grill. So State Farm is the one being ripped off. Maybe I should just let it go but it galls me that they would rip everyone off at the last minute. My final bill went up $2000! That is just criminal. I have no idea if a guy named Kenneth still owns the place but if he does, he must own a mansion and have membership at Kingwood Country Club with all the scammed money he has made. 1 star is the lowest and that is what Kenneth's gets. Caveat Emptor, Buyer Beware!
