He was one of the managers and he got together with the other manager and said that the car was old that's why they broke and they can't have it repaired because it's not their fault. They also told me if I am going to complain I need to leave the area. I asked for the owner but no one knows the owner and does not have any information on the owner. So my word to everyone is to avoid this place because some of the employees is not very professional. I was okay with everything until they wanted to curse me and claim that the car is old that's why it happened but no problem with the door handles until I had my car wash and this is my every day mode of transportation. The car mind you is a Cadillac so it won't be cheap to fix, my complaint is not a one of the managers wanted to be held accountable.
