Guy at the desk was not very helpful. Bought a bank 1 catalytic converter and after a year and a half it has clogged. Guy refuse to even look at my vehicle saying there's something wrong else wrong. Horrible service, workers were all very disrespectful. Went in after being recommended to them by a different shop, from the start all of the workers were rude, complaining to each other about the car, the work etc. They went off to the side to speak disrespectfully in spanish. Mid conversation they stop and leave to go talk to a guy who had just pulled in, just walked off to help him, completely rude. Took up 20+ min of my time just to get angry at the fact he couldn't perform the service i needed. Don't recommend at all. Horrible, horrific, shameful, disgrace, insulting levels of service. I called ahead of time inquiring about the service I need and got a fair pri6for it. Showed up in 10 minutes and talked to the owner. He instructed his guy to put the car in the shop. This was a year old brand new car that was sold! Because of it I asked if I can drive it in or if the mechanic can put something on seat (Alcantara) to keep it clean. It was end of day, the guy was dressed with the typical blue mechanic uniform, all stained and wet black oil/dirt marks and I was the most apologetic and polite when asking this. The owner looked at me like he saw an alien at that point and went to his employee and started talking disrespectfully about me to him in Spanish while I stand next to them. Little he knows I'm fluent in Spanish. I didn't said anything and was the hardest thing to do. He than told me that they are busy and he can't help me after telling me on the phone to come over. I told him that my request to have a a barrier on the seat between the seat Fabric and the mechanic is a reasonable ask and he agreed but still declined from servicing me which at that point I told him I understood every word he said about me while patronizing looking at me as if I don't understand and I'll be sure to take the time and liver with you to let all of you hard-working individuals to take your money and spend it at a place that will appreciate your business and deserve your money and this place is not it. read more

Dishonest shop. We discussed over the phone extensively with all details on installing catalyst converter. I was quoted a price for everything inclusive. To be sure, I asked him twice that the price includes everything and final. In both cases, the answer was yes. After brought the car in, he added $100 charges for a flex pipe. The funniest part is the price quoted is for cash only. There is an additonal charge if use credit card. Total wasted my time. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Went to get a simple cart welded for my car so I can put it on a tow truck. I showed the owner the picture of how it looked and how it needed to weld it, he welded it completely wrong. I told him and he didn't even care or apologize about it and still wanted me to pay. Mind you I am even mad. What pissed me off is him saying I don't work with your kind after he took my money and delayed my process of getting my car moved. I will be reporting this shop to the BBB and take whatever actions that I need to. I went in super respectful too didn't even complain about him welding it wrong. If I acted like "my kind" I would've put my hands on him. But I am an active duty member and I respect my elders. I will be reporting that. read more

Went here earlier this week for a muffler delete. They did that exactly and everything was good. Minus poor positioning on the rear tail pipe now hanging down. After driving back home I noticed a loud rattling sound coming from under the vehicle, so I had called the shop and I brought the vehicle back. Looks like they forgot to weld in another hangar which caused the pipe to rattle on the sub frame. Fast forward to the next day, I start my car and notice a large moisture leak under my vehicle coming from the new piping they installed.... Looks like they never fully welded and sealed the pipe. Not just in the front but also in the back. ( see pictures) I took my car to another muffler shop to get the job done correctly and they pointed out a lot of things that were incorrectly done. Went in for an install of an aftermarket exhaust catback. This was a process of an install because I had to buy a separate piece of hardware so a check engine light wouldn't appear on my dashboard when the new catback would be installed. At first I was kind of disappointed because they thought they had to cut the catalytic converter and they don't do that there but after more research, Luis and I found out we had to modify the stock exhaust a little bit since the catback had some fitment issues. The company also said it was a direct bolt on, which it was. Luis modified the stock exhaust by cutting some pipe to make it work and boom it did! They then installed some valve simulator plates on my actuators so my check engine light wouldn't pop up. It worked fine! Everything went smooth besides the fitment The owner is a honest man and their service is good! Thanks again Luis. ¡Muchas gracias Luis! Also, I was getting quotes for the catback installation for around $400.00 from other shops. With this shop I paid close to $170.00 WHAT A DIFFERENCE.
