I drive a Fiat, so finding someone I trust to work on a European car can be a little stressful, but they did an amazing job and made the whole process so easy. They called me almost everyday to update me on the process, any costs, or timing concerns. Gino handles the front and was extremely personable, helpful, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. Jose did the actual work on my car and did a fantastic job -- my Fiat is running great! My ac was causing lots of issues and has been running cold for a week now! I am always hesitant to have just anyone work and the Fiat but he clearly knew the car and specific details. My request went through the Yelp Project page first and Jose was very fast with his response. He told me I could come in on a Friday morning as a walk in. Gino who took care of my intake was very friendly and made me feel welcome. They also had a comfy waiting area stocked with complimentary coffee and snacks, but I didn't need to wait long because I was out of there within an hour, oil changed and tires rotated. Their prices are fair and they accept both credit card and cash/Zelle (if you want to avoid the 3% credit card surcharge). During the oil change they also noted some things that will need repair, but weren't pushy with their recommendations. If you're the last person they work on for the day, they will finish your job to your satisfaction. Quality of service is top tier, the communication is clear and excellent, and the price is absolutely fair, actually rather fantastic for the service you get. Had an engine swap done, estimates came in comfortably below what most other shops would've charged for only half of the quality of service I got from this shop. The shop prices quotes for the bare minimum, but unlike the kind of places that would give you 'hook up' deals like that, the service itself is absolutely top tier. Outstanding communications as well as the service that was completed. I did my research before going to yelp to understand what it will take to do my project. After getting multiple estimates, it was very easy to select orange empire and Jose. I received an estimate of five times higher than what Jose was estimating for my job. After looking at multiple businesses between four times, three times, two times what Jose had quoted me it was very easy to see where to go. And yes, I understand that a lowball estimate might be easy for anyone to do, but based on all of the previous reviews, this was a very simple choice. When I arrived, I met with Jose. The shop was very clean neat and organized. I was able to sit and wait while my repair was done given that it was a very small job but again Jose did not reject me because of a small project. So the funny thing was even after I was completing the transaction, the original estimate was a little bit higher than what I was actually invoiced-which I was not expecting.
