Was looking for a highly rated auto shop near my job to get a quick oil change before work starts and was not disappointed. My request went through the Yelp Project page first and Jose was very fast with his response. He told me I could come in on a Friday morning as a walk in. Gino who took care of my intake was very friendly and made me feel welcome. They also had a comfy waiting area stocked with complimentary coffee and snacks, but I didn't need to wait long because I was out of there within an hour, oil changed and tires rotated. Their prices are fair and they accept both credit card and cash/Zelle (if you want to avoid the 3% credit card surcharge). During the oil change they also noted some things that will need repair, but weren't pushy with their recommendations. I personally wouldn't let anyone say they don't try their best to reasonably accommodate you and your auto problems. If you're the last person they work on for the day, they will finish your job to your satisfaction. They also take payments in Zelle, which I find convenient in avoiding credit card fees or needing to carry around cash for an auto repair. read more

I have a Chevy Camaro that had a misfire and no service shop in the zip code of 92804-06 could figure the issue. Until I went to Gino and Jose, I can't even put to words what these people pulled off to help me get my car back as soon as possible. When you think of a service shop or a mechanic this place is exactly where you need to go. They were able to figure out the issue immediately within 2 days after I spent 30 days around shops trying to figure the issue with the car. They even took videos, pictures, notes and had estimates of repairs for me. I called them like 100 times because I needed the car back as soon as possible. Not once they ignored me or BS me with an answer. They also were open to take my warranty, work with them, wait for inspection and deliver a top tier service. Again I can't give them what they deserve but they definitely have my whole family's business from now on. Quality of service is top tier, the communication is clear and excellent, and the price is absolutely fair, actually rather fantastic for the service you get. Had an engine swap done, estimates came in comfortably below what most other shops would've charged for only half of the quality of service I got from this shop. The shop prices quotes for the bare minimum, but unlike the kind of places that would give you 'hook up' deals like that, the service itself is absolutely top tier. Outstanding communications as well as the service that was completed. I did my research before going to yelp to understand what it will take to do my project. After getting multiple estimates, it was very easy to select orange empire and Jose. I received an estimate of five times higher than what Jose was estimating for my job. After looking at multiple businesses between four times, three times, two times what Jose had quoted me it was very easy to see where to go. And yes, I understand that a lowball estimate might be easy for anyone to do, but based on all of the previous reviews, this was a very simple choice. When I arrived, I met with Jose. The shop was very clean neat and organized. I was able to sit and wait while my repair was done given that it was a very small job but again Jose did not reject me because of a small project. So the funny thing was even after I was completing the transaction, the original estimate was a little bit higher than what I was actually invoiced-which I was not expecting. Yes I recommend this shop; here's why: A while back my mom was referred to José for some car issue she was having and she had a really good experience and recommended me to stop by for my car issue. So far my lil hunk o' junk that gets me around town (it's a Kia Forte) has been over two times. The first time be diagnosed the issue, but he recommended me to another mechanic that specializes in mufflers. This was also a great experience, and I appreciated the honesty in working within your wheelhouse. I then went back for him to fix my AC (believe it or not it's been broken since before covid!), and it's sooo nice to drive with that cool air blowing in your face. Anyway, not only is Jose fair, honest, reliable, and treats you with respect (my fellow women, you know what I mean when mechanics treat you like you are dumb), but the shop is nice and clean with a waiting area that has some toys and books to help entertain your kids.
