I'm glad I breezed past Public Storage and chose MNSC! Elliot, the assistant manager, was the first to help me out, while I rented the unit. He was very helpful and personable, and even recommended a mover for when we would be moving into our newly purchased home. The manager,Trish went above and beyond to make my experience with uhaul acceptable…read more It all started when I rented a 5x8 trailer from uhaul; uhaul sent me An email confirming my reservation and to pick it up at storage King; when i picked it up, uhaul upgraded Me to a bigger trailer for the same price without asking me and without checking if my truck is capable of towing it, which it couldn't. Then uhaul sent me to another storage facility, which when I arrived, it was closed. I tried to call uhaul 4x and they keep on transferring me and putting me on hold. So I went back to storage King, rented a truck, instead of a trailer. Trish the manager was helping me to call uhaul a few times and was very apologetic about the situation. The next day, she Even called me to follow up and tell me that uhaul refunded me 50$ for the ordeal. Now that's what you call customer service! Thank you very much.
