We had a messy eviction that took nine months to finally arrive on property to remove multiple tenants. It was a "tow yard" so there were numerous, numerous RVs and other vehicles and items with locks on the premises. The first day the sheriff said we would have to come back and bring a second locksmith! I had already arranged for Bill to be the first one. Bill arranged for a second locksmith and returned to the property for us two days later. In the meantime, he worked with the other locksmith to lessen the cost to us. We were in a position where Bill could have completely taken advantage of a situation he knew we had to complete quickly. Instead he worked with us, brought in a second, also excellent locksmith, and was able to quickly work with the sheriff to go through the various vehicles on the property to allow the eviction to proceed. His fee, as well as the fee for the second locksmith he brought in, was more than reasonable. They finished the work quickly which is imperative when you have the sheriffs on the property needing to get onto other work. I strongly recommend Bill for any locksmith need you may have. The tech then accepted a personal check and was off in a cloud of dust! I had misplaced the only remote control to a separate/stand alone 1-car garage to which I never received/had a key. I have no idea if the charge ($95) was fair, standard or skewed but the newly installed secondary manual (key) lock on the garage appears to work well. Curiously enough, the service tech indicated that, while he is an experienced bona fide locksmith, he didn't know much about remote control garage opening/closing devices.
