5 STARS and if I could give 6 STARS I would. I called Harry at the last minute to rekey my whole home. I called Harry at about 3:30 pm and explained that my ex-girlfriend had not returned my house keys and I needed to change the locks right away. Harry initially said it was getting late and since he was in San Marcos and I was in Oceanside I might wanna try a couple of Locksmiths he knew that were good and closer to my home. We chatted for a moment and I asked Harry how much I could expect to pay approx. when he told me I had such a good feeling about this guy over the phone I offered him double that number if he would come over and do it that late afternoon. We were struggling with a messy eviction of a tow yard. At the last minute the sheriff had to reschedule in order for us to hire a second locksmith due to the volume of RVs and locked containers on the site. Harry was recommended to us by the first locksmith we retained. Harry worked with us to create a very reasonable price given the complicated nature of the undertaking. Speed was of the essence as the sheriffs needed to move onto other duties and because of the potential danger of the situation. Harry To The Rescue! Kindness and generosity came through from Harry when I found myself locked out of a bedroom this evening. I went out to pick up my dad from the train station, and came home to a locked bedroom. We had no keys because the previous owner didn't leave them behind. Harry was on another rescue call but offered his availability afterwards. But he also suggested that he might be able to help if I sent him a photo of the door knob. Lo and behold, he tells me I need a pair of Channel Locks and he'll walk me through getting the knob off since I wasn't interested in keeping it anyway. Voilà, problem solved!
